ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրները Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի հետ համատեղ նախապատրաստվում են ունենալ օրենսդրության ներդաշնակության մասին համաձայնագիր: Այն վերաբերելու է ԵԱՏՄ-ում սպառման շուկայում պահանջվող տեխնիկական կարգավորումների վերահսկմանը: Նպատակն է ապահովել սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, ինչպես նաև վտանգավոր արտադրատեսակների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել : Դա ենթադրում է միասնական տեղեկատվական բազայի ստեղծում:

Այս մասին հաղորդել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի տեխնիկական կարգավորման և հավատարմագրման վարչության տնօրեն Արման Շակկալիևը:

Վտանգավոր արտադրանքի վերաբերյալ միասնական տեղեկատվական բազայի ստեղծումը թույլ կտա ապահովել միության անդամ երկրների համատեղ, օպերատիվ վերահսկողական գործընթաց, նվազեցնել ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում վտանգավոր արտադրանքի տարածման ռիսկը: 

Ներկայում համաձայնագրի նախապատրաստման աշխատանքը գրեթե ավարտված է, նախատեսված է, որ այն կստորագրվի 2016 թվականի վերջին:
