Ֆրանսիայի հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչ Դիդյե Դեշամը Եվրոպայի առաջնության կիսաեզրափակչի՝ Գերմանիայի դեմ հանդիպումից առաջ խոսել է թիմերի հնարավորությունների մասին։

-Մենք միշտ վստահ ենք եղել մեր ուժերին և ցանկություն ենք ունեցել խաղալու, ինչի արդյունքում հայտնվեցինք այստեղ։ Ճանապարհը հարթ չէր, բայց ֆուտբոլիստներն ամեն ինչ արեցին այս կետին հասնելու համար։ 

Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի հավաքականները մոտավորապես նույն ուժն ունեն։ Գերմանացիները միշտ ջանում են մրցակցին իրենց պայմանները թելադրել, շեշտը դնում են գնդակին տիրելու վրա։ Բայց մենք չենք կարող մեզ թույլ տալ պարզապես պաշտպանվել և սպասել հակագրոհի հնարավորության։

Պետք է մեր ֆուտբոլը խաղանք և առավելագույնս օգտագործենք մեր ուժեղ կողմերը։ Մեր կողքին կլինեն տրիբունաները, մենք հույս ենք դնում նրանց վրա։ Իհարկե, պահեր կլինեն, երբ մեզ համար դժվար կլինի։ Մեզ աջակցում է ողջ երկիրը, և այստեղ դա հատկապես ուժեղ է զգացվում։

Ոչ ոք չի կարող փոխել պատմությունը, բայց առջևում մեզ նոր էջ է սպասվում, որը դեռ դատարկ է, ամեն ինչ ֆուտբոլիստների ձեռքում է։ Կարևոր է այն, ինչ վաղը տեղի կունենա։ Ֆուտբոլիստները պետք է հավատան իրենց ուժերին, իսկ երկրագուները՝ աջակցեն նրանց։ Մենք հանդիպելու ենք աշխարհի ուժեղագույն թիմին։

Մեր թիմը հասել է մինչև կիսաեզրափակիչ, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ մենք ավելի ուժեղ ենք դարձել։ Որոշ ֆուտբոլիստներ, որոնք առաջ առանցքային էին, մեզ հետ չեն, բայց ես հավատում եմ իմ թիմին,-ասել է Դեշամը։
