Վարչապետն անհրաժեշտ է համարում կրթության ոլորտում նոր բարեփոխումների իրականացումը

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կառավարության հերթական նիստին օրակարգին անցնելուց առաջ անդրադարձավ կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտությանը: «Այժմ ընթացող քննական գործընթացները վկայում են, որ կրթական համակարգի բարեփոխումներն ավելի քան պահանջված են կրթական ոլորտի բոլոր մակարդակներում»,- ասաց նա և առաջնահերթությունները համարեց կրթական ոլորտի արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, դրանց համապատասխանությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին մատչելիության և հասանելիության ապահովումը բնակչության բոլոր խավերի համար:

Վարչապետը հստակ համարեց, որ վերանայման կարիք ունի հատկապես հանրակրթական ոլորտը: «Պետք է ստեղծել ժամանակակից ուղղվածությամբ մատչելի, մրցունակ միևնույն ժամանակ հայեցի և հայապահպանության բովանդակությամբ նոր կրթական ծրագրեր»,-ասաց նա: Վարչապետը նշեց, որ դպրոցի ղեկավարի նշանակումը սկսած նրա հավաստագրումից մինչև ընտրությունը պետք է դառնա պարզ, թափանցիկ գործընթաց:

«Որոշակի լուծումներ են պահանջում նաև ավագ դպրոցի հիմնախնդիրները, բազմաթիվ կուտակված հարցեր կան մասնագիտական կրթության ոլորտում, ուզում եմ նաև ընդգծել բուհերի ռեֆորմների անխուսափելիությունը: Հարկ է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել բուհերի կառավարման խորհուրդների ձևավորման առավել արդյունավետ մեխանիզմների կիրառմանը»,-ասաց նա: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ վերանայման և կատարելագործման կարիք ունեն դպրոց բուհ անցումը ապահովող կառույցների գործառույթները:

«Նպատակահարմար է այս գործընթացը դարձնել ավելի սահուն՝ նպաստելով բաձրագույն կրթության մատչելիության բարձրացման և հասարակության սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի ընդգրկմանը»,-ասաց նա: Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում պետք է լինի բուհական կրթության արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, համալսարան- աշխատաշուկա կապի սերտացումը և երկրի զարգացման համար հույժ կարևոր մասնագիտությունների պահպանումը:

Վարչապետը Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարին հանձնարարեց նախապատրաստել իր մոտ բարեփոխումներին նվիրված խորհրդակցություն և փոփոխությունների ժամանակացույցային առաջարկներ, որտեղ կնշվեն հստակ մեխանիզմներ կրթության որակի բարձրացման մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ:
