Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամը (EIF) Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզերում 2015թ. hուլիսից մինչև 2016թ. hուլիսը իրականացրել է ծրագրավորման, մուլտիմեդիայի, համակարգչային ճարտարագիտության և գործարար անգլերենի դասընթացներ՝ ուղղված մարզերում տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի մտածելակերպի ձևավորմանը, ինովացիոն մշակույթի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև երիտասար դներին դեպի տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտ ուղղորդմանը։ Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՁԻՀ-ից, դասընթացները կազմակերպվել են Գյումրու և Վանաձորի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոններում՝ Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի, Մայքրոսոֆթ ինովացիոն կենտրոն Հայաստանի, Գյումրիի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի և Եռաչափ մոդելավորման ուսումնական կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ:

Ողջ կրթական գործընթացը հիմնված է եղել գործնական ուսուցման վրա։ Դասընթացների արդյունքում 345 երիտասարդ Շիրակի մարզից և 285՝ Լոռու մարզից ձեռք են բերել ծրագրավորման ոլորտի գործնական գիտելիքներ, ինչպես նաև լավագույն առաջադիմություն ունեցողները հնարավորություն են ունեցել պրակտիկա անցնելու Գյումրիում և Վանաձորում գործող ՏՏ ընկերություններում: Ուսումնական ծրագիրը կազմված էր Հայաստանում առկա թափուր աշխատատեղերի և մասնագետների պահանջարկի հիման վրա, իսկ դասախոսները ոլորտի ընկերությունների գործող մասնագետներ էին:

Որակյալ մասնագետների առկայությունը Վանաձոր ու Գյումրի են ներգրավել Երևանում գործող մի շարք ընկերությունների: Ծրագրի ավարտին Գյումրիում իրենց մասնաճյուղերն են հիմնել Սիներջի Ինթընեշընլ Սիսթըմզ և ՎՕԼՕ ընկերությունները, իսկ Վանաձորում մասնաճյուղերի հիմնմանն ընդառաջ նեղ մասնագիտական դասընթացներ են սկսել ԱՅԹԻ Մարկետինգ և ԷՅԴԻՍԻ ընկերությունները։

ՀՀ երկրորդ և երրորդ քաղաքներում անվճար դասընթացների ավարտը կազդարարվի ավարտական աշխատանքների ներկայացման և վկայականների հանձման արարողություններով։ Գյումրու և Վանաձորի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների ուսանողներից լավագույնները ներկայացնելու են քաղաքների կրթական, մշակութային, հասարակական և այլ կազմակերպությունների համար տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ: Վկայականների հանձնման արարողությունը կկայանա հուլիսի 16-ին Գյումրիում և հուլիսի 23-ին՝ Վանաձորում:
