Վերին Լարսի փակ լինելու պայմաններում հայ գործարարների կողմից լաստանավերից օգտվելու դեպքում ոչ մի հակամենաշնորհային համաձայնություն կամ գերակա դիրքի չարաշահում առկա չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում վստահեցրեց Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միության նախագահ Արսեն Ղազարյանը` անդ րադառնալով այն դիտարկմանը, որ փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկատերերը դժգոհություններ են ներկայացրել, թե լաստանավերը սպասարկում են խոշոր արտահանողներին: «Այնտեղ ոչ մի մենաշնորհ չկա: Կա մեկ լաստանավ, որը մշտապես գործել է, սեփականատերը բուլղարական ընկերություն է` Վառնա-Նովոռոսիյսկ-Փոթի և հակառակ ուղղությամբ չվերթներով: Մեր խոշոր փոխադրողներից մեկը երկու լաստանավ է վարձակալել: Ինքնին պարզ է, եթե վարձակալելել է, առաջին հերթին, իր սեփական բեռների համար է»,-ասաց Արսեն Ղազարյանը` հավելելով, որ լաստանավով բեռները տեղափոխվում են ըստ հերթա կանության: «Իհարկե, առաջնահերթությունը տրվում է փչացող բեռներին, հատկապես գյուղմթերքի այն տեսակին, որոնք մեկ շաբաթից, տասը օրից ավելի սառնարանային պայմաններում պահելը դժվար է լինում»,-նշեց բանախոսը:

Նրա խոսքով` Վերին Լարսը երեկվանից մասնակի սկսել է աշխատել դանդաղ ռեժիմով: «Մենք ուղղակի մտահոգվում ենք, որ նոր արտակարգ դեպք չլինի, միլիոնանոց հողածածկույթը չփլվի: Մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ճանապարհն ավելի կամրացնեն ու կվերականգնվի այն ռեժիմը, որ նախկինում ունեցել ենք: Ուղղակի եղանակային պայմանները բարենպաստ չեն ու 50-50 հավանականությամբ վտանգը կա: Դրա համար էլ պատահական չէր ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի կոչը գործարարներին, որ լաստանավերով տարբերակը պարբերաբար օգտագործեն»,-շեշտեց Գործարարների և արդյունաբերողների միության նախագահը:

Հունիսի 23-ին տեղատարափ անձրևների և Թերեք գետի վարարման պատճառով փակվել է Վերին Լարսի անցակետն ու ճանապարհը: Խցանման մեջ հայտնված ՀՀ քաղաքացիները ինքնաթիռներով վերադարձվել են հայրենիք, իսկ բեռնափոխադրումներն իրականացվում են լաստանավերով:
