Արաբկիր վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետի ուղեկցությամբ ծանոթացել է վարչական շրջանում իրականացվող բազմաբնակարան շենքերի մուտքերի վերանորոգման ծրագրի ընթացքին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից` հավելելով. «Հարկ է նշել, որ աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են քաղաքապետարան - վարչական շրջաններ - համատիրություն համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակում: 2016թ. ընդհանուր առմամբ մայրաքաղաքում նախատեսվում է նորոգել բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի շուրջ 900 մուտք: Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է խիստ հսկողության տակ պահել աշխատանքների ընթացքը՝ դրանց վերահսկման հարցում ներգրավելով նաև շենքերի բնակիչներին:

«Մայրաքաղաքի բազմաբնակարան շենքերում առկա խնդիրներնունեն տասնամյակների պատմություն, որոնք համալիր լուծում էին պահանջում: Եվ այդ նպատակով վերջին երեք տարիներինմեր կողմից մշակվեց հստակ քաղաքականություն ինչպես հարթ և թեք տանիքների, այնպես էլ նկուղների և մուտքերի նորոգման ուղղությամբ:
 
Այսօր ունենք շուրջ 5000 բազմաբնակարան շենք, որոնց կառավարումն իրականացնում են համատիրությունները և օրենքով հենց նրանց վրա է դրված առկա խնդիրների կարգավորումը: Սակայն ընդառաջելով մեր բնակիչների խնդրանքին՝ քաղաքապետարանն իր մասնակցությունն է ունենում մայրաքաղաքի բնակֆոնդի պահպանման ծրագրերին:
 
Յուրաքանչյուր տարի մենք համայնքային բյուջեից որոշակի միջոցներ ենք հատկացնում այդ նպատակով: Ինչվերաբերում է մուտքերի նորոգման ծրագրին, պետք է նշեմ, որ պատասխանատուների առջև հստակ խնդիր ենք դրել մինչև 2019 թվականի վերջ ամբողջությամբ ավարտել Երևանում առկա բազմաբնակարան շենքերի շուրջ 13000 մուտքերի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները:
 
Ի դեպ,վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում արդեն իսկ վերանորոգվել է բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի ավելի քան 4000 մուտք»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Անդրադառնալով բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերում առկա վերելակներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ տասնամյակների կուտակված  խնդիրենրին համակարգված լուծում տալու նպատակով այսօր քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում համալիր ծրագրի մշակման և միասնական մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի ուղեկցությամբ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այցելել է նաև Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի համալիր մարզադպրոց, Ալբերտ Գրիգորյանի անվան սուսերամարտի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոց և Րաֆֆու անվան դպրոցում գործող սպորտդպրոց, որտեղ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տարեկան ծրագրերով ընթացքի մեջ են նորոգման աշխատանքները: Ծանոթանալով աշխատանքներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանատուներին մեկ անգամ ևս հանձնարարել է ամենօրյա անմիջական հսկողության տակ պահել աշխատանքների ընթացքը, վերահսկել դրանց որակյալ կատարման ապահովումն ու լին ել հետևողական՝ դրանք սահմանված ժամկետում ավարտելու հարցում:
