 Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ Կալիֆորնիա  նահանգի Գլենդել քաղաքի քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամ Վարդան Գարպետյանի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ քաղաքապետը կարևորել է ԱՄՆ-ում, և հատկապես հայաշատ Գլենդելում քաղաքի կառավարման մարմիններում մեր հայրենակիցների ակտիվ գործունեությունը, ինչը վստահաբար նպաստում է երկկողմ կապերի էլ ավելի ամրապնդմանն ու ընդլայնմանը:

«Երևանն ու Գլենդելն համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հարցում մեծ ներուժ ունեն: Համոզված եմ, որ Դուք ևս, շահագրգռված լինելով երկու քաղաքների կապերի ընդլայնմամբ, Ձեր անմիջական մասնակցությունը կունենաք համատեղ ծրագրերի իրագործման հարցում»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով քաղաքապետին ջերմ հյուրընակալության և համագործակցության պատրաստակամության համար՝ Վարդան Գարպետյանը նշել է, որ, տարվա ընթացքում հաճախակի լինելով Երևանում, ամեն այցի ընթացքում նկատում ու արձանագրում է այն դրական փոփոխությունները, որոնք կատարվում են մայրաքաղաքում՝  հատկապես ընդգծելով ձևավորված անվտանգ քաղաքի մթնոլորտը, ինչը, վերջինի դիտարկմամբ, քաղաքային իշխանության հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունք է:  Քաղաքային տնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտներում կարևորելով Երևանի և հայաշատ Գլենդելի ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը՝ Վարդան Գարպետյանն իր հերթին հավելել է, որ արդեն հաջորդ տարի, ստանձնելով Գլենդելի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը, անելու է հնարավոր կապերն էլ ավելի խորացնելու և համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու համար:
