Անոթները մաքրելու տիբեթյան մեթոդը հայտնաբերվել է մի շարք աշխատությունների ուսումնասիրությունից հետո: Այս մեթոդն ի վիճակի է նաև երկարացնել երիտասարդությունը: Մեթոդի հիմնական բաղադրիչը սխտորն է: Ապացուցված է, որ սխտորի միջոցով կարելի է բուժել անոթային հիվանդությունները, քանի որ օրգանիզմն այս դեպքում սկսում է ինքնուրույն ազատվել ավելորդություններից: Աթերոսկլերոզի, գլխացավերի, տեսողության բուժումը, լսողությունը լավացնելը, վարիկոզային երակների առաջացման ռիսկը նվազեցնելը հնարավոր է այս մեթոդի միջոցով: Այս պրոցեդուրան կրկնվում է 3-6 տարին մեկ անգամ:

Օրական 3 անգամ 25 կաթիլ օգտագործեք այս լուծույթից այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև լուծույթն ամբողջովին վերջանա: 50մլ եռացրած-սառեցրած կաթի մեջ լցրեք 25 կաթիլ լուծույթից և ուտելուց կես ժամ առաջ խմեք ամբողջը: Կարող եք միանգամից ջուր խմել: Ջուրը պետք է խմել 3 անգամ շատ: Կուրսը պետք է շարունակել 3 ամիս:
