Եթե ցանկացած լրատվական ընկերության մուտքը մեդիա ընտանիք ընկալվում է որպես նորմալ երևույթ, ապա դրա փակվելու մասին լուրը չի կարող մտահոգություն չառաջացնել: Առավել մտահոգիչ է, երբ նման երևույթ տեղի է ունենում բավականին մեծ դիտողականություն ունեցող լրատվամիջոցի հետ: Խնդիրն այն է, որ 1in.am-ի փակվելու մասին չգիտեին նույնիսկ կայքի շատ աշխատակիցներ: Այստեղից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ այն նախապես պլանավորած չի եղել,և կայքի աշխատանքը դադարեցնելու մասին որոշումը կայացվել է հանկարծակի: 

Թերևս հայոց նորագույն պատմության մեջ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ: Հիշենք, օրինակ, «Ա1պլյուս» հեռուստաընկերության փակվելու դեպքը, որը նույնպես մեծ աղմուկ առաջացրեց: Դրանից հետո կարծես նման ցնցումներ չեն եղել և դժվար է հիշել որևէ մի այլ լրատվամիջոցի, որը, կայուն դիրք ունենալով, հայկական մեդիա դաշտում այնուամենայնիվ փակվի: Ինչ վերաբերում է նշված հեռուստաընկերության փակվելուն, ապա դա էլ ինքնակամ չեղավ, այլ այդ բարձր ժողովրդականություն վայելող լրատվամիջոցը զրկվեց լիցենզիայից և վերջ, ինչը միայն և միայն քաղաքական որոշում էր, ոչ թե ներքին ցանկություն:

Այս պահին չնայած 1in.am լրատվականի փակվելու մասին տարբեր վարկածներ են շրջանառվում` քաղաքականից մինչև կայքի PR, բայց, անկեղծ ասած, մի տեսակ անլուրջ է թվում լրատվամիջոցի տարածած այն վարկածը, թե «....առաջ շարժվելու համար անհրաժեշտ ուժը, մոտիվացիան, ավյունն այս պահին չկան ....»:

Կայքում տեղադրված հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև ասվում է, թե աշխատանքները դադարեցվում են մինչև հնարավոր լինի վերագտնել անհրաժեշտ ուժն ու ավյունը, բայց խոսքն ինչ ուժի կամ ավյունի մասին է, այդպես էլ հասկանալի չէ, քանի որ 1in.am-ը երկար տարիներ ապացուցել է, որ ինքն ի վիճակի է ցանկացած «այգի» քար նետել ու ներկայացնել այն, ինչ կա:

Դե ինչ, մնում է հաջողություն մաղթել մեր գործընկերներին՝ այն հույսով, որ իրականում նրանք կկարողանան այդ, այսպես ասած, ավյունն ու ուժը գտնել և այդ ճանապարհին չեն կորցնի եղածը: Այնուամենայնիվ, նկատենք, որ իրականում հայկական լրատվական դաշտի գունային բազմազանության շնորհիվ է ազատ խոսքը կայանում և լրատվականների աշխատակիցներին պահում մարզական վիճակում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է լրատվամիջոցի՝ լրատվական դաշտը լքելու՝ «հենց այնպես, հավես չունեմ աշխատեմ, որովհետև այդպես եմ ուզում» բանաձևին, ապա ընդգծենք, որ այն առավել քան անլուրջ է, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այս խմորը դեռ շատ ջուր կտանի, որի մասին արդեն կիմանանք շատ շուտով:
