1. Ճիշտ սննդակարգ

Մազերի ինտենսիվ աճ ապահովելու համար շատ կարեւոր է ճիշտ սննդակարգը, քանի որ հենց սննդից ստացվող սննդարար նյութերից է կախված մազերի որակը և աճի արագությունը: Պետք է առավել ուշադրություն դարձնել սպիտակուցային սննդին՝ օգտագործելով միս, սոյա, կաթնամթերք և ընկույզ:

2. Ջուր

Ջրով են սկսվում մարդու օրգանիզմի փոխանակային բոլոր գործընթացները: Հեղուկի պակասը կարող է երկար ժամանակ կանգնեցնել մազերի աճը: Եթե ցանկանում եք կարգավորել այն, անհրաժեշտ է օրական խմել 4 բաժակից ոչ պակաս ջուր (մաքուր ջուր, ոչ թե գազավորված ըմպելիք կամ թեյ):
