«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հանրապետական» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աշոտ Արսենյանը, ով առավել հայտնի է «Ջերմուկ-Գրուպ»-ի Աշոտ անվանումով (գործարանը պատկանում է Արսենյանին), Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր եկամուտների եւ ունեցվածքի հայտարարագիրը, որից պարզ է դառնում, որ պատգամավորը նախորդ տարի 5 միլիոն դրամով վաճառել է իր Toyota Camry 2.4 ավտոմեքենան եւ 12 միլիոն դրամով գնել է Mercedes-Benz E250 D տեսակի ավտոմեքենա, իսկ 20 միլիոն դրամով գնել է մի ընկերությունում բաժնետոմս, որի անունը նշված չի հայտարարագրում:

Պատգամավորը նախորդ տարի հանձնել է 4.6 միլիարդ, 71 միլիոն, 280 միլիոն եւ 102 հազար դրամ փոխառություն, իսկ իրեն վերադարձրել են 1 միլիարդ, 184 միլիոն, 5.3 միլիոն, 4 միլիոն եւ 102 հազար դրամ փոխառություն:

Նրա դրամական միջոցները հարկային տարվա սկզբում կազմել են 1.2 միլիարդ դրամ եւ 16 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որոնք տարվա վերջում դարձել են 100 միլիոն դրամ եւ 4 միլիոն դոլար:

Աշոտ Արսենյանի եկամուտները 2015 թվականին գոյացել են աշխատավարձից, շահաբժնից, գույքի օտարումից եւ տված փոխառություններից ստացած տոկոսներից: Շահաբաժնից նա ստացել է 44.8 միլիոն դրամ, աշխատավարձից՝ 6.8 միլիոն դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ Արսենյանը ստացել է 1.2 միլիարդ դրամ եւ 9.8 միլիոն դոլար եկամուտ:

Պատգամավորի նախորդ տարիների հայտարարագրերից էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա ունի արտադրական նշանակության 1 շինություն, 2 հողամաս, 2 բնակարան եւ 1 առանձնատուն: Ինչպես նաեւ 4 ընկերությունում բաժնեմաս (58 հազար, 50 հազար, 540 միլիոն դրամ եւ 50 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ):

Աշոտ Արսենյանի կինը՝ Գայանե Մկրտչյանը, իր հայտարարագրում նշել է, որ ունի 300 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար եւ 400 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ եկամուտ է ստացել շահաբաժնից, որը կազմել է 433 միլիոն դրամ: Այս ընտանիքի զավակն էլ՝ Վահագն Արսենյանն իր դրամական միջոցներ չի հայտարարագրել, պարզապես նշել է, թե որքան եկամուտ է ստացել եւ որքան փոխառություն է հանձնել եւ ստացել նախորդ տարի: Վահագն Արսենյանը նախորդ տարի 888 միլիոն դրամ եւ 257 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար եկամուտ է ստացել: Կրտսեր Արսենյանը նշել է, որ այդ գումարից 80 միլիոնը նվիրատվություն է եղել, իսկ մնացածը գոյացել է փոխառություների դիմաց ստացած տոկոսներից, ստացած փոխառությունից: Վահագն Արսենյանի աշխատավարձը նախորդ տարի կազմել է ընդամենը 3.3 միլիոն դրամ»:
