«Այս օրերին շուրջբոլորը վերլուծաբաններ են, ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների հանգուցալուծման մասնագետներ, իրավաբաններ ու հոգեբաններ։ Բոլորը խորհուրդներ են տալիս, կոչեր ու առաջարկություններ անում, թե ինչպես լուծել իրավիճակը և ինչպես ազատել ՊՊԾ գունդն այն գրաված անձանցից։ Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր խորհուրդներ չեն տալիս և դատողություններ չեն անում, պայքարի կոչեր են հնչեցնում՝ ամոթանք տալով տնից դուրս չեկողներին, իրենց չմիացողներին։ Մինչ այսպիսի խառնաշփոթ ու խելագար վիճակ է ստեղծվել Երևանում, իշխանությունը «տապ» է արել՝ իջել ջրի հատակը, հավանաբար, մինչև անցնի վտանգը։ Անզեն աչքով էլ նկատելի է, որ պետական կառույցներն իրենց անելիքը չգիտեն, շփոթահար են, պարալիզացված։ Պարզ ասած՝ իրավիճակից ելքը չեն տեսնում։ Ոչ պատրաստ են ինչ-որ զիջման՝ կոմպրոմիսի «Սասնա ծռերի» հետ, ոչ ուզում են ուժի գործադրմամբ հարցը լուծել՝ թերևս խուսափելով զոհերից, ոչ էլ պատկերացնում են, թե ինչ շարունակություն կունենա այս ամբողջ պատմությունը։ Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ երկրում անիշխանություն է։ Կամ էլ կա միայն մեկ «իշխանություն»՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որը փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ իրավիճակը պահել կառավարելիության սահմաններում»,–գրում է թերթը։
