ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 21-ին ընդունված «Հայաստանի Հան­­­րապետության կառավարության 2002 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ի N2052-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ` բնակչությանը էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարող կազմակերպությանը հնարավորություն է տրվել նախորդ տարի­ներին ֆիզիկական անձ բաժանորդներին մատակարարված էլեկտրաէներ­գիայի դիմաց ձևա­վորված և դեռևս չվճարված պարտքերը համարել անհուսալի պարտքեր և նվա­զեցնել հարկ­ման բազայից:

Այսինքն, որոշմամբ ՀՀ կառավարությունը չվճարված հարկերի չափով իր վրա է վերցնում նախորդ տարիներին ֆիզիկական անձ բաժանորդներին մատակարարված էլեկտրա­­էներ­գիայի դիմաց ձևավորված պարտքերից ընկերության մոտ առաջացող կորուստները:

Ընդունված որոշումը, մասնավորապես, տարածվում է այն ֆիզիկական անձ բաժանորդ­­ների վրա, որոնք ստացված էլեկտրա­էներ­գիայի դիմաց ժամկետանց պարտք ունենալուց հետո մեկ տարվա ընթացքում վճարում չեն կատարել և նոր էլեկտրա­էներ­գիա չեն սպառել, կամ անվճարունակ են ճանաչվել կամ մահացել են:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Միաժամանակ, որոշման ընդունումը նշանակում է, որ բնակչությանը էլեկտրաէներգիա մատա­կարարող կազմակերպությունը նախորդ տարի­ներին ֆիզիկական անձ բաժանորդներին մատակարարված էլեկտ­րա­­էներ­գիայի դիմաց ձևա­վորված և դեռևս չվճարված պարտ­քերը հարկման բազայից նվա­­­զեցնելու համար այլևս ստիպված չի լինի ֆիզիկական անձան­ցից պարտքերը բռնա­գան­ձելու համար հայցադիմումներ ներկայացնել դատարան:
