ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային գնդի տարածքը զավթած զինված խմբի անդամները, ի հեճուկս նոր հանցանքներ չկատարելու բազմաթիվ հորդորների, շարունակում են իրավապահ մարմինների ծառայողների կյանքի և առողջության դեմ ուղղված ոտնձգությունները, ինչպես նաև գույքի ոչնչացումը:

Այս մասին հայտարարություն է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգությա ն ծառայությունը: 

«Հուլիսի 26-ի գիշերը այդպիսի գործողությունների շղթան հանգեցրել է փոխհրաձգության, որի արդյունքում եղել են տուժողներ: Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարում է, որ զինված խմբի անդամների՝ հետզհետե ավելի վտանգավոր դարձող հանցավոր վարքագիծն անցնում է բոլոր սահմանները, որոնցում հնարավոր է դրսևորել ողջամիտ զսպվածություն: Ուստի, նոր հանցանքների կատարումը կանխելու և խափանելու նպատակով Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն այսուհետ ստիպված է լինելու ձեռնարկել կոնկրետ իրադրությամբ թելադ րված ավելի կոշտ միջոցներ:

Լավատեղյակ լինելով հանցավոր խմբի անդամների մտադրություններին և նախապատրաստած հանցավոր արարքներին, զգուշացնում ենք, որ մարդկանց կյանքին և առողջությանը սպառնացող բոլոր վտանգներն անհապաղ չեզոքացվելու են պատասխան իրավաչափ գործողություններով:

Զինված խմբի անդամների գործողությունների նախահարձակ և սադրիչ բնույթը հիմնավորվում է նաև օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ստացված հետևյալ ձայնագրությամբ»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
