 ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման հուլիսի 27-ին հեռախոսազրույց Է ունեցել Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկել հետ, նրանք քննարկել են վերջերս Գերմանիայում կատարված հարձակումները, նրանց զրույցի թեմաներից մեկն Է դարձել նաեւ Մինսկի համաձայնությունների իրականացումը: Այս մասին հաղորդել Է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի ծառայությունը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:   

Վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչների խոսքով՝ Օբաման «ամերիկացի ժողովրդի անունից ցավակցություններ Է հայտնել» այդ «դաժան գրոհների» հետեւանքով մարդկանց մահվան կապակությամբ: «Նախագահը Գերմանիային առաջարկել Է Միացյալ Նահանգների կառավարության կողմից այդ հարձակումների հետաքննության լիակատար աջակցություն»,- հավելել են Սպիտակ տանը:
