Այսօր Նոյեմբերյանում հետաքրքիր իրադարձություն էր. մայիսի 6-ին զոհված ոստիկանների հուշարձանում տեղի ունեցավ հայկական բանակի նորակոչիկների երդման արարողությունը: Միջոցառումը մարդաշատ էր. ներկա էին նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը և Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը: Երդման արարողությունից հետո Շարմազանովը մարզպետին հարցրեց՝ ո՞ր համայնքներում է ամենաթեժ իրավիճակը: Տեղեկանալով՝ ցանկություն հայտնեց այնտեղ մեկնելու: Լրատվամիջոցներ Երևանից չէր հրավիրել, եկել էր իր վարորդի հետ: Ինձ ևս սահմանագոտի տանելու խնդրանքը չմերժեց՝ ասաց՝ Երևանում քիչ եք կյանքս ուտում, հիմա էլ ստեղ:
Այցելեցինք հրետակոծվող Դովեղ և Բարեկամավան համայնքներ, հանդիպեցինք տեղի բնակիչների և համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ:
՛՛Սահմանամերձ համայնքները մեր ամենօրյա հոգածության տակ պետք է լինեն, որովհետև պետությունը ամուր է առաջին հերթին իր սահմանապահներով: Ինձ կարող եք համարել ձեր պատգամավորը և կապի մեջ լինել ցանկացած ժամի: Ձեր հարցադրումները կքննարկվեն և լուծման ուղիները կորոնվեն հատուկ ուշադրությամբ՛՛,- նշեց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
Դովեղի բնակիչներից Կարենը մի խնդրանք ուներ՝ Հ2-ը այլևս չի հեռարձակվում, ֆուտբոլ չեմ կարողանում նայել: Հետաքրքիր մարդիկ են սահմանապահ գյուղի բնակիչները՝ հպարտ, պահանջների մեջ զուսպ, պաշտոնյաներից շնորհակալ են, որ գալիս իրենց դարդ ու ցավով հետաքրքրվում են, բայց ոչինչ չեն խնդրում: ԱԺ փոխնախագահին ուղեկցում են հրետակոծվող գոտի, որտեղ չեն կարողանում բերքը հավաքել: Միայն խնդրում են ապահովել անվտանգ բերքահավաք: Ուրիշ ոչինչ: Ֆանտաստիկ մարդիկ են: Բնակիչների բարձրացրած մի քանի հարցերի լուծմանն ընթացք տրվեց տեղում, մի շարք հարցեր Շարմազանովը խոստացավ քննարկել առաջիկայում:
Գնացինք Բարեկամավան, պատահաբար հանդիպեցինք ՛՛Սիվիլնեթ՛՛-ի լրագրող, մեր հայրենակից Թաթուլ Հակոբյանին, ով սահմանագոտում իր աշխատանքն էր կատարում: Զարմացավ՝ էս ուր առանց լրագրողների, առանց փողկապ-արարողակարգի: Մի քանի հարցի պատասխանելուց հետո Շարմազանովը ցանկություն հայտնեց շփվել առանց տեսախցիկի՝ եկել եմ գյուղացիների հետ զրուցելու, ձեզ Երևանում էլ հարցազրույց կտամ:
Հետաքրքիր է, սահմանամերձ գյուղում, որտեղ գրեթե ամեն օր կրակոցներ են հնչում, փողոցում վազվզում էին փոքրիկ երեխաներ. ասես ոչինչ չէր եղել: Այդ երեխաները Բարեկաման
Հետաքրքիր հանդիպում էր՝ խաղաղ, առանց փողկապների, անմիջական: Սահմանապահ գյուղացիների ոգին բարձր էր, խոսքը՝ շիտակ ու անմիջական: Պահանջները միայն օրենսդրական են. ոչ մի անձնական խնդրանք: Ոչ մեկը առիթից չօգտվեց, որ խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակը օգնելու պատրաստակամությամբ եկել է, ինչ որ անձնական խնդրանքով ոչ ոք չդիմեց: Քայլեցին, խոսեցին, ելքեր առաջարկեցին, հեռախոսահամարներով փոխանակվեցին...
