ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում հուլիսի 27-ին պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հանդիպել է «Ռազմական պատմություն» խորագիրը կրող ամառային դպրոցի մի քանի տասնյակ ունկնդիրների հետ: Պաշտպանության նախարարը ունկնդիրների համար դասախոսություն է կարդացել՝ նվիրված հայկական բանակի կազմավորմանն ու Արցախյան ազատամարտի ռազմական գործողությունների առանձնահատկություններին: Սեյրան Օհա նյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ նման հանդիպումները կդառնան ավանդական և կնպաստեն ռազմական պատմության ուսումնասիրմանն ու գիտական ընթացք տալուն:

«Հայկական բանակի առանձնահատկությունը կարելի է բաժանել 2 խմբի՝ ազգային և ռազմական: Ազգային բնույթի առանձնահատկությունները կայանում են նրանում, որ մենք կարողացել ենք հասնել հաջողությունների հայ ժողովրդի միասնության, ուժի, համախմբման միջոցով: Բանակում ձևավորվեց կառավարման համակարգ և ամրապնդվեց կարգապահությունը: Ինչ վերաբերում է ռազմական առանձնահատկություններին, թեպետ հայկական բանակը երիտասարդ էր և նոր էր ձևավորվում, սակայն մարտական բոլոր գործողությունները կազմակերպվել են համաձայն ռազմական գիտության ժամանակակից պահանջներին,- ասել է պաշտպանության նախարարը ՝ հավելելով, որ Արցախյան հերոսամարտի ժամանակ շատ են եղել դեպքեր, երբ իրականություն է դարձել «փոքր ուժերով մեծ խնդիրներ լուծելու» գաղափարը, երբ դասակի կամ վաշտի ուժերով կարողացել են ծնկի բերել մի ամբողջ զորամասի: Այս առումով նախարարը կարևորել է հրամանատարների անձական օրինակն ու դիրքերի լավ իմացությունը: Խոսելով զինված ուժերի ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների մասին, նախարարը նշել է, որ այսօր հայկական բանակը գտնվում է բարեփոխումների ակտիվ փուլում և վերջին տարիներին բանակում ներդրված բարեփոխումները, ն որ խնդիրների առաջադրումն ու դրանց իրականացումը միայն դրական ազդեցություն են ունեցել զինված ուժերի զարգացման վրա: Այս առումով շեշտվել է, որ բարեփոխումները լինելու են շարունակական:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, դասախոսության ավարտին Սեյրան Օհանյանը պատասխանել է նաև ունկնդիրների հարցերին:

«Ռազմական պատմություն» խորագիրը կրող դասախոսության մեկնարկը տրվել էր հուլիսի 1-ին: Դասախոսությունների շրջանակում մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ունեցել հանդիպել ռազմական փորձագետների, պատմաբանների ու վերլուծաբանների: Ամառային դպրոցի նպատակն է ծանոթացնել երիտասարդներին հայ ռազմարվեստի և համաշխարհային ռազմական պատմության առանցքային հարցերին:
