«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը զրուցել էԱրցախյան պատերազմի վետերան, ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանի հետ

Պարոն Բադասյան, վերջին օրերին կրկին տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ Ղարաբաղի սահմանին լարվածություն է նկատվում: Նորից զոհեր ու վիրավորներ են լինում: Ինչո՞վ եք պայմանավորում նոր լարվածությունը:

Նոր բան չկա: Ընդհանրապես լարվածությունները հետեւանք են Հայաստանի իշխանության անգործության, անճարակության եւ թուլության, որովհետեւ նրանք այդպես էլ շարունակում են բանակը թալանել. Պաշտպանության նախարարության բարձրաստիճան գեներալների կողմից շարունակվում է թալանը, իշխանությունները շարունակում են մատների արանքով նայել, եւ եթե բանակում որեւէ փոփոխություն կատարվում է՝ դա լինում է միայն ժողովրդի շնորհիվ եւ տեղական հրամանատարների ջանքերով:

Կարծիքներ են հնչում, որ Ղարաբաղում վերջին օրերին ստեղծված լարվածությունը այն ամենի հետեւանքն է, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանում: Խոսքը  «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի կողմից ՊՊԾ գունդը գրավելու եւ դրան հաջորդած գործընթացների մասին է:

Ես համաձայն չեմ, որ այդ գործողությունը որեւէ կերպ վտանգում էր Ղարաբաղը: Այն, ինչ հիմա տեղի է ունենում՝ դա ապրիլյան պատերազմի շարունակությունն է: Այդ պատերազմը դեռ չի ավարտվել եւ չի ավարտվելու, քանի դեռ իշխանությունը կամ չի ուզում կամ չի կարողանում գնահատել իրադրությունը եւ դասեր քաղել: Ես չէի ուզում հավատալ այն խոսակցություններին, որ այս պատերազմը պամանավորված է եղել եւ մեջտեղը մեծ գումարներ են խաղացել: Այդպիսի խոսակցություն կա չէ՞, որ պատերազմը պայմանավորված էր, այդտեղ գումար են խաղացել մեջտեղը, այսինքն վաճառել են: Ես դրան չէի հավատում, բայց կարծես թե ամեն ինչը, ապրիլյան պատերազմից սկսած մինչեւ այսօր իշխանության բոլոր քայլերը, եւ հատկապես «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի հետ կապված քայլերը եւ նորից դասեր չքաղելը տանում են նրան, որ ամեն կերպով գնում են դեպի ապրիլյան պատերազմի շարունակությունը, ուզում են տարածքները զիջել, հանձնել: Դասեր չեն քաղում: Իշխանությունը չի ուզում հասկանալ, որ հայ հանրությունը Ղարաբաղի հարցում ունի մեկ կարծրատիպ՝ ոչ մի զիջում հանուն խաղաղության:

Կարծիքներ են հնչում, որ եթե այսպես շարունակվի՝  նոր «Սասնա ծռեր» կարող է ծնվել: Համամի՞տ եք:

Իհարկե, ես վաղուց եմ ասել, որ կարող են լինել անկանխատեսելի դեպքեր, որովհետեւ իշխանությունները, կրկնում եմ, շարունակում են մնալ իրենց կարծր, պարփակված վիճակում, այսինքն որպես իշխանություն չեն հանդես գալիս, այլ հանդես են գալիս որպես զոն նայողներ, Հայաստանի տարածքի հանքավայրերի, խոշոր օբյեկտների տիրապետողներ եւ ժողովրդին ճնշող-կեղեքողներ: Սա ոչ թե իմ կարծիքն է, այլ աքսիոմա է»:
