Ռուսաստանի ամենահայտնի ռեժիսորներից մեկին՝ Աննա Մելիքյանին , Wnews.am-ը պարբերաբար անդրադառնում է:  Այս տարի մեր հայրենակցուհու    «Սիրո մասին»  ֆիլմը Ռուսաստանի հեղինակավոր  «Ոսկե արծիվ» մրցանակաբաշխությունում ստացել  է «Լավագույն ֆիլմ» մրցանակը: Բոլորովին վերջերս Աննան Երևանում էր: Ռեժիսորը մասնակցում էր «Ոսկե Ծիրան» երեւանյան կինոփառատոնին, որտեղ արժանացավ հատուկ մրցանակի:   Ռուսական մամուլը քննարկում է ռեժիսորի ոչ միայն ֆիլմերն, այլև՝ անձնական կյանքը: Աննան հանդիպում է  «Ռոսսգոստրախ» ապահովագրական ընկերության նախագահ, ազգությամբ հայ  Դանիլ Խաչատուրովի  հետ:

Ժամանակակից հասարակության արժեքներն ու ստերեոտիպերը՝ մեկ ֆիլմում: Երիտասարդ դերասանուհի, ով վստահ է, որ միայն պլաստիկ վիրահատություններից հետո կստանա գլխավոր հերոսուհիների դերերը, օլիգարխի շիկահեր սիրուհի, ով պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի հանուն թանկարժեք հագուստների և շքեղ կյանքի, նույն օլիգարխի որդին, ով չգիտի, թե ինչ է ուզում անել սեփական կյանքի հետ: Աննա Մելիքյանը իրեն հատուկ սարկազմով ներկայացնում է իր հերոսների կյանքը, ովքեր ի վերջո հասկանում են, որ երջանկություն են փնտրում սխալ վայրում: «Աստղ» ֆիլմի համար Աննան «Կինովատոր» փառատոնին արժանացել է լավագույն ռեժիսորական աշխատանք մրցանակին։

Ռուսաստանի կողմից առաջադրվել է «Օսկար» մրցանակաբաշխությանը։ «Ջրահասրը» ֆիլմի համար Աննա Մելիքյանը  2008 թվականին արժանացել է «Ոսկե Ծիրան» երեւանյան կինոփառատոնի գլխավոր մրցանակին։
