Հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ շաքարը քաղցկեղային բջիջներ է առաջացնում, շատերը կարծում են, թե մեղրի և սոդայի խառնուրդը վտանգավոր է:

Վերջին 6 տարիների ընթացքում մի շարք մասնագետներ հետազոտել են այս հարցը և ապացուցել, որ սոդայով մեղրն անվնաս է: Այս խառնուրդն աշխատում է «տրոյական ձիու» նման: Այսինքն՝ մեղրը համարվում է քաղցկեղային բջիջների համար թիրախ, իսկ սոդան ոչնչացնում է դրանք:

Այնպես որ, սոդայի և մեղրի խառնուրդը ոչ միայն՝ անվնաս է, այլև՝ չափազանց օգտակար:

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Ձեզ միայն անհրաժեշտ է խառնել այս երկու բաղադրիչները: Մեկ թեյի գդալ սոդան խառնեք 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրով: Այս չափաբաժինը բավական է մեկ շաբաթվա համար: Խառնուրդը պատրաստեք ցածր կրակի վրա՝ 5-10 րոպե, ստացված խառնուրդը պահեք սառնարանում:

Օրական 1-3 անգամ՝ մեկ ամիս շարունակ, մեկ թեյի գդալի չափով ընդունեք այս խառնուրդից: 30 օր օգտագործումից հետո օրգանիզմում կկարգավորվի pH բալանսը:
