Քաղաքաշինական բոլոր ծրագրերը մայրաքաղաքում ընթանում են ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի: Այս մասին զեկուցվել է այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

 Շինարարության և բարեկարգման վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ շարունակվում են փողոցների և բակային տարածքների փոսերի նորոգման և ճաքալցման 2016 թվականի ծրագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքները: 
 Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է շարունակել խիստ հսկողությունը մրցույթները շահած կազմակերպությունների կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքների որակի ու ժամկետների նկատմամբ: Տրվել է նաև հանձնարարական մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում ընթացող շինարարական և բարեկարգման աշխատանքների ընթացքում շինհրապարակների պատշաճ կազմակերպման և կահավորման ուղղությամբ: 
 Զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքապետարան-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության շրջանակում Գլխավոր պողոտայի միջանկյալ հատվածի այգում շարունակվում են տարածքի վերակառուցման երկրորդ փուլի աշխատանքները: Սահմանված ժամանակացույցով շարունակվում է նաև «Վերնիսաժի» վերակառուցման և արդիականացման ծրագիրը: 
 «Երևանի ավագանու անդամների քննարկմանն ենք ներկայացրել «Վերնիսաժի» տարածքում առևտրի կանոնակարգման հարցը: Ակտիվ աշխատեք խմբակցությունների հետ, լսեք և քննարկեք նրանց առաջարկները: Սեպտեմբերին կգումարվի Ավագանու նիստ, կհստակեցվի, թե ինչ կարելի է վաճառել «Վերնիսաժում», և հարցին կտրվի վերջնական լուծում»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
 Քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության պետն էլ զեկուցել է, որ ոլորտում իրականացվող ամենօրյա հսկողության արդյունքում նախորդ շաբաթ արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 2 դեպք, ևս մեկ հասցեում էլ կատարվել են ապօրինի շինության քանդման աշխատանքներ: 
 Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է շարունակել հսկողությունը նշված ոլորտում՝ ապօրինությունները բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
