Երկաթուղայինի օրվա առթիվ Սամվել Բալասանյանը պատվոգրեր է հանձնել գյումրեցի երկաթուղայիններին

Գյումրեցի մի շարք երկաթուղայիններ, մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ, պատվոգրեր ստացան Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանից:

Օգոստոսի առաջին կիրակին երկաթուղայինների տոնն է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, օրվա խորհրդով պայմանավորված Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանն ընդունեց «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի «Գյումրի կայարան»-ի ներկայացուցիչներին:

Կարևորելով երկաթուղու դերը, տնտեսական եւ քաղաքական նշանակությունը՝ Սամվել Բալասանյանը  նշեց, որ Գյումրին կարեւոր երկաթուղային հանգույց է, ՀՀ-ի ամենահնագույն երկաթուղային կենտրոնը, իսկ գյումրեցի երկաթուղայինների ավանդը մեծ է մեր երկրում երկաթուղու զարգացման գործում:  «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի  «Գյումրի կայարան»-ի  պետ Վահան Գասպարյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց քաղաքապետին ուշադրության համար՝  վստահեցնելով, որ երկաթուղին այսօր աշխատում է  ճիշտ և ժամանակին:

 Վերջին տարիներին երկաթուղային եւ լոկոմոտիվային դեպոներում տեղի ունեցած վերափոխումների եւ նոր սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման արդյունքում աշխատանքն ավելի է հեշտացել, նորոգումների արդյունքում գնացքների արագությունը մեծացել է: Հիմնախնդիր մնում է բեռանփոխադրումների ծավալի նվազումը:

«Մինչև կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը երկաթգիծը բավական մեծ խնդիրներ ուներ և՛ շարժակազմի, և՛ գծային մասի հետ, բայց այս տարիների ընթացքում կարողացանք այս բոլոր խնդիրները լուծել. ունենք լավ շարժակազմ, լավ գիծ, որը կարող է ապահովել մինչև 100 կմ/ժ արագություն: Այսօր մեր խնդիրը բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալի մասով է, որը տարիների ընթացքում նվազում է, ինչը կապված է ճանապարհների հետ: Հուսանք, տարիների ընթացքում այդ հարցը կամաց-կամաց կլուծվի և մենք կունենանք ազատ ճանապարհ, և եթե մենք Հայաստանը դարձնենք տարանցիկ, ապա կունենանք նորմալ երկաթգիծ»,-նշեց &laqu o;Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի  «Գյումրի կայարան»-ի  պետ Վահան Գասպարյանը:

Ի դեպ, Գյումրիից դեպի Երևան, ուղևորների պահանջից ելնելով,այսօր գնում է 3 էլեկտրոգնացք:

1899թ. փետրվարին առաջին գնացքը,հաղթահարելով 180կմ հատվածը« Թիֆլիսից հասավ Ալեքսանդրապոլ (այժմ` Գյումրի): «ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ն «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի հարյուր տոկոսանոց դուստր ձեռնարկությունն է: 2008թ. փետրվարի 13-ին Երևանում «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև կնքվել է կոնցեսիոն պայմանագիր` «Հայկական երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ն «ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ին կառավարմանը հանձնելու մասին: Համաձայն պայմանագրի` կոնցեսիոն կառավարման ժամկետը 30 տարի է:
