«Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն աշնանը կայանալիք ընտրություններում Արթիկում որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու կպաշտպանի ոչ թե գործող քաղաքապետ ՀՀԿ անդամ Արսեն Աբրահամյանին, այլ նախկին ԲՀԿ-ական, այդ շրջանին մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրված Մուշեղ Պետոյանի թեկնածությունը։ Այս մասին մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀԿ Շիրակի մարզային կառույցի ղեկավար Սահակ Մինասյանը։ «Կուսակցությունը դեռ որոշում չի կայացրել, բայց ամենայն հավանականությամբ նրան կպաշտպանենք»,– ասաց նա։ Արսեն Աբրահամյանն Էլ փոխանցեց, որ անկախ այն հանգամւսնքից, թե ՀՀԿ-ն Արթիկում ում է պաշտպանելու, ինքը նույնպես առաջադրելու է իր թեկնածությունն ու պայքարելու Է հաղթելու համար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով ՀՀԿ-ն որոշել Է Արթիկում առաջադրել Մուշեղ Պետոյանին, քանի որ վերջինս սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ժամանակ կարողացել Է մեծ թվով ԱՅՈ ձայներ ապահովել։ Հաշվարկն այնպիսին Է, որ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին նա կկարողանա մեծ թվով ձայներ ապահովել նաև ՀՀԿ-ի համար»,–գրում է թերթը։
