 Երիտասարդության ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները դանդաղընթաց են: Այս պահին հասարակական կազմակերպությունները փորձում են պետության կամ եվրոպական կառույցների կողմից ստանալ ֆինանսական աջակցություն որոշակի երիտասարդական ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար, սակայն դա բավարար չէ:

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց  «Հայկական Փի Ար ասոցիացիա» գիտատեղեկատվական ՀԿ նախագահ Աստղիկ Ավետիսյանը` Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրվա առիթով պատասխանելով հարցին` արդյոք ոլորտում պետական քաղաքակունությունը ստեղծում  է բավարար հիմքեր երիտասարդների նորմալ կենսագործունեության, ինքնաիրացման համար: «Պետությունը գտել է ձևը երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին մատչելի բնակարանով ապահովելու, բայց դա էլ ոչ բոլորին է հաջողվում հաղթահարել, որովհետև միայն աշխատավարձը բավարար չէ, պետք է օգնող ձեռքեր լինեն: Երիտասարդության մասին օրենքը դեռ առկախ վիճակում է: Բայց մյուս կողմից էլ այսօրվա երիտասարդն ունի բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններ լավագույն կրթությունը ստանալու, լավագույն միջազգային ծրագրերին մասնակցելու, ինքնադրսևորվելու համար, տեխնոլոգիական հնարավորությունները մեծացել են և տեղեկատվություն ստանալու հնարավորությունները նույնպես, բայց երիտասարդը պետք է գտնի լավագույն երիտասարդական կառույցներին, որոնք տիրապետում են այդ տեղեկատվությանը: Կամավորական աշխատանքը պետք է խթանվի պետության կողմից: Խնդիրները բազմաթիվ են, իսկ աշխատանք շատ կա»,-նկատեց նա:

Երիտասարդական ակումբների դաշնության նախագահ, երիտասարդության հարցերով փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանի խոսքով էլ` պետական երիտասարդական քաղաքականությունը գտնվում է ընդամենը ձևավորման փուլում, դեռ չեն աշխատում համապատասխան մեխանիզմները, երիտասարդությունը, որ կազմում է ողջ բնակչության մեկ-քառորդից ավելին, չի զգում այդ քաղաքականության տարրերն իր ամենօրյա կյանքում: «Դասականն ասում է, թե լավ ապագա ունենալու համար պետք է ներդրում անել երիտասարդության ոլորտում, մինչդեռ մեր ոչ հեռատես գործիչները երիտասարդության պոտենցիալը, թերևս, օգտագործ ում են միայն ընտրությունների, տարբեր քարոզարշավների ընթացքում: Հարկավոր է խրախուսել երիտասարդների ինքնակազմակերպումն ու բոլոր տեսակի նախաձեռնությունները… սրանից զատ պետական երիտասարդական քաղաքականությունը մեծ հաշվով անելիք չունի, եթե չասենք՝ չխանգարի երիտասարդության ինքնադրսևորման, ինքնակայացման նախաձեռնություններին»,-նշեց Մխիթարյանը:
