 Երևանի զարգացման 2016թ. ծրագրերով շահագործման է հանձնվել Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի Մոլդովական փողոցի 28 և 28/1 շենքերի բակային տարածքում կառուցված շուրջ 900քմ տարածք զբաղեցնող մանկական խաղահրապարակը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խաղահրապարակի բացմանը ներկա են եղել Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը և նույն տարածքից ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը: Շրջելով տարածքում՝ նրանք ծանոթացել են կատարված աշխատանքների վերջնարդյունքին, բակում ստեղծված հարմարություններին: Զրույցի ժամանակ բնակիչները գոհունակությամբ նշել են, որ, չնայած շինարարության ընթացքում ծագած ժամանակավոր որոշ անհարմարությունների ն, երեխաներն այսուհետ կխաղան իրենց երազած բակում:

Խաղահրապարակը բաժանված է երկու մասի. մի հատվածում երեխաների համար կառուցված, արհեստական խոտածածկով մինի ֆուտբոլի խաղադաշտն է՝ նախատեսված նաև բասկետբոլի համար, իսկ մյուս մասում խաղադաշտն է՝ մանկական խաղով: Երեխաների շրջանում առողջ ապրելակերպը խթանելու նպատակով տարածքում տեղադրվել են նաև մարզասարքեր: Սալապատ ճեմուղիներ, նստարաններ, ցայտաղբյուր ունեցող հանգստի վայրը կծառայի ոչ միայն երեխաներին, այլև մեծահասակներին:

Նախագծողները հատուկ ուշադրություն են դարձրել նաև կանաչապատմանը. տարածքը ձևավորված է սիզամարգերով, ծաղկանոցով, մշտադալար տնկիներով: Ուրախ տրամադրություն են փոխանցում նաև հարակից շինությունների պատերի նկարազարդումները: Խաղահրապարակն ամբողջությամբ ապահովվված է արտաքին լուսավորությամբ: Տարածքը հարմարեցված է նաև հենաշարժողական խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց ազատ տեղաշարժին:

Խաղահրապարակը կառուցելուն զուգահեռ բարեկարգվել է նաև հարակից ճանապարհահատվածն ու բակային տարածքը:

Արմեն Ուլիխանյանն ու Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը բնակիչների հետ նաև խորհրդանշական եղևնի են տնկել բակում:

Նշենք, որ այս տարի Նոր Նորքում նախատեսվում է բարեկարգել ավելի քան 30 բակային տարածք:
