Օգոստոսի 10-ին Ադրբեջանի բռնապետ Իլհամ Ալիևը Իսմայիլի շրջանի Դիյալի գյուղում մասնակցել էր "ISMA BIKES" հեծանիվի գործարանի բացմանը...Այս ծրագիրը իրականացվել է Սոֆիայի հեծանիվի գործարանի հետ համատեղ...Սեփական ժողովրդին ադրբեջանական արտադրության հեծանիվը գովազդելու համար Իլհամ Ալիևը մի երկու պտույտ էր տվել հեծանիվով...Հեծանվորդ Իլհամի լուսանկարները ողողել էին ազերիական ԶԼՄ-ները և համացանցի ադրբեջանական հատվածը...Ի դժբախտություն Իլհամի ասեմ,որ նրա աշխատակազմը կրկին չար կատակ խաղաց նրա գլխին...Ազերի լրագրողներից մի քանիսը ավելի ուշադիր ուսումնասիրելով հեծանվորդ Ալիևի լուսանկարները պարզել էին,որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը վարում է ոչ թե "ISMA BIKES"-ի,այլ հայտնի իտալական "Marzocchi" ընկերության բավական թանկարժեք հեծանիվը...Այսինքն,Ադրբեջանի նախագահը չի վստահում սեփական արտադրողին,որ վերջինս որակյալ արտադրանք է թողարկում և որոշել է պտույտ տալ իտալական հեծանիվով...
Այս խայտառակությունից խուսափելու համար կարելի էր իտալական հեծանիվի ապրանքանիշը ներկել և տեղը նկարել սեփական արտադրանքի ապրանքանիշը...
Պետք է փաստել,որ պատահական չէ,որ ազերիները իրենց համարում են կոյունլուների հետնորդներ...
