«Քառյակի» 12 կետանոց պահանջների պատասխանը կառավարությունը տվել է, սակայն քաղաքական դաշտում որևէ փոփոխություն չկա, իսկ կառավարության պատասխանի մասին եռյակը խոսելու է հոկտեմբերի 10-ի հանրահավաքին:
Ի՞նչ էր ներկայացնում իրենից կառավարության պատասխանը, և թե ի՞նչ է մնում անել ընդդիմադիր թևին` ORER.am-ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանի հետ:
Քաղաքագետը ևս մեկ անգամ նշեց, որ քառյակի կողմից ներկայացված 12 կետերը սոցիալական խնդիրներ էին, և ցանկացած նորմալ իշխանություն, մտածելով իր հեղինակության մասին, պետք է բավարարեր այդ պահանջները. «Հասարակությունը սպասում էր, որ այդ կետերին կառավարությունը լուրջ պատասխան կտա, մանավանդ այն դեպքում, երբ քառյակը ոչ նախագահի, ոչ վարչապետի հրաժարական չէր պահանջում: Սակայն իշխանությունն ապրում է այլ աշխարհում, նրանք ամբողջովին կտրված են հասրակությունից, ապրում են վիրտուալ իրականության մեջ և այլ պատկերացում ունեն, և դրա հետևանքն այն է, որ Հայաստանը տնտեսական, քաղաքական կյանքում հետընթաց է գրանցում»:
Երվանդ Բոզոյանի խոսքով` իշխանությունն ամբողջովին իրեն սպառել է, և տպավորություն կա, որ իշխանությունը մտածում է, թե հասարակությունը պետք է սպասարկի իրենց. «Այս ամենը նրա հետևանքն է, որ վերջին 23 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում իշխանությանը ժողովուրդը չի ձևավորել, ներքևից չի ձևավորվել»:

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ է մնում անել ըննդիմությանը, այն դեպքում, որ նրանց խոստացած քաղաքական առումով թեժ աշունը կարծես թե չի ստացվում, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց. «Ես կարծում եմ սա այն դեպքերից է, որ պետք է վարել այլ քաղաքականություն` «եռյակը» պետք է որոշում կայացնի իշխանափոխություն իրականացնել: Դա մեկ օրվա մեջ չի լինում: Իշխանափոխությունը երկարատև և դժվար պրոցես է, մանավանդ որ առջևում ընտրություններ էլ չկան: Այնուամենայնիվ ես կարծում եմ, որ այլընտրանք չկա, այս իշխանությունն այլևս այլասեռված է, և այն կարող է թողնել իշխանությունը միայն ճնշման արդյունքում, իսկ դա դժվար փորձություն է»:
