Ռուսաստանը մտադիր չԷ մեկուսանալ, Արեւմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունները վաղ թե ուշ կվերադառնան նախկին մակարդակ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, օգոստոսի 15-ին հայտարարել Է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ Եկատերինբուրգում ելույթ ունենալով Ուրալյան դաշնային համալսարանի ուսանողների առջեւ:

«Մենք ռուս-գերանական հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակից ողբերգություն չենք սարքում,-ասել Է նա:-Քանիցս ասել ենք, որ նեղանալը, մեկուսանալը մեր ընտրությունը չԷ»: «Վստահ եմ, որ մեր կապերը վաղ թե ուշ կվերադառնան կայուն մակարդակ»,-հավելել Է նա:

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ նախարարը նշել Է, որ Ռուսաստանի ու Գերմանիայի հարաբերություններն այժմ ամենաբարդ փուլն են ապրում ԳՖՀ-ի միավորման պահից ի վեր:

Սերգեյ Լավրովն այն կարծիքին են, որ Եվրոպայում աճում Է այն բանի գիտակցումը, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների նորմալացումն այլընտրանք չունի:

Անդրադառնալով Ուկրաինայի թեմային՝ նա հայտարարել Է, որ Դոնբասի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը կարելի Է հասնել միայն հետեւողականորեն իրագործելով Մինսկի համաձայնությունները: Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Արեւմուտքը որոշել Է Ռուսաստանի վրա բարդել Ուկրաինայում քաղաքականության ձախողումը:

Լավրովը կարծիք Է հայտնել, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ ամեն գնով դեպի Արեւելք առաջխաղացումը ամրացնում Է սահմանազատիչ գծերն աշխարհամասում: Ըստ նրա, ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի ցանկանում վերականգնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, ՆԱՏՕ-Ռուսաստան խորհրդի մեկ-երկու նիստերը ոչինչ չեն փոխում:

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նշել Է Արեւմուտքի երկակի ստանդարտները Սիրիայի եւ Եմենի հումանիտար իրադրության գնահատման հարցում: «Գերմանիան մեր հանգուցային գործընկերն Է ոչ միայն եվրոպական գործերում, այլեւ արդիականության գլոբալ խնդիրների լուծման գործում, ներառյալ հակամարտությունների կարգավորումը, միջազգային ահաբեկչությանն ու ծայրահեղականությանը հակազդելը,-ասել Է նա:-Եվ այստեղ չեն կարող լինել երկակի ստանդարտներ, որովհետեւ, օրինակ, Սիրիայի հումանիտար ճգնաժամը կենտրոնական տեղ Է գրավում Արեւմուտքի պետական գործիչների քաղաքական հռետորաբանության մեջ, բայց ջանադրաբար լռության Է մատնվում Եմենի հումանիտար իրադրությունը», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
