«Հայաստանի արտաքին պահուստները այս տարվա հուլիսին ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել են 1 միլիարդ 589 միլիոն դոլար։ Սա մեր երկրի արտաքին պահուստների ամենացածր մակարդակն է այս ամսվա համար վերջին 9 տարիների ընթացքում։

Ու ընդհանրապես վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի արտաքին պահուստները բավականին ցածր մակարդակի վրա են։ Համեմատության համար նշենք օրինակ, որ հետճգնաժամային 2009 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին մեր արտաքին պահուստները կազմել են ավելի քան 2 միլիարդ դոլար։ 2010– 2014 թվականներին ամսական կտրվածքով կազմել են 1.8-1.9 միլիարդ դոլար, 2015-ից մեր արտաքին պահուստները որոշակի տատանումներով նվազել են մինչր 1.5-1.6 մլրդ դոլար։ Ամենավատն այն է, որ արտաքին պահուստների նվազմանը զուգահեռ կտրուկ աճել Է արտաքին պարտքը։ Եթե 2009 թվականի կեսին մեր արտաքին պարտքը կազմում Էր միայն 2.4 միլիարդ դոլար, ապա այս տարվա կեսին այդ ցուցանիշը արդեն 4.4 միլիարդ դոլար էր»,–գրում է թերթը։
