Վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքն իջեցվել է 0.25 տոկոսային կետով

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի խորհուրդը 2016 թ. օգոստոսի 16-ի նիստում որոշեց իջեցնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը 0.25 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով այն 7.25%:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, 2016 թ. հուլիսին արձանագրվել է 2.3% գնանկում՝ պայմանավորված հիմնականում գյուղատնտեսական սեզոնային ապրանքների գների նվազմամբ և գազի սակագնի իջեցմամբ, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճն ամսվա վերջին կազմել է -1.3%:

Արտաքին հատվածում պահպանվել են համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի դանդաղ տեմպերը և միջազգային ապրանքային շուկաների հարաբերական կայունությունը, չնայած որոշ պարենային ապրանքների գծով դիտվել են թույլ գնաճային միտումներ: ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին արտաքին հատվածից զգալի գնաճային ազդեցություններ չեն ակնկալվում: Ըստ ԿԲ գնահատման, ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա Եվրամիությունում ընթացող գործընթացները էական ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել:

Խորհուրդն արձանագրում է, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ 2016 թ-ի առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով ՀՀ-ում դիտվել է սպասվածի համեմատ բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվություն՝ մեծամասամբ պայմանավորված առկա արտաքին պահանջարկի պարագայում արտահանելի հատվածի դրական զարգացումներով: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԿԲ կողմից իրականացրած հետևողական դրամավարկային քաղաքականության արդյունքում շարունակաբար մեղմվել են գնաճային սպասումները, ինչի պարագայում հնարավորինս նվազել են երկարաժամկետ շուկայական տոկոսադրույքները: Վերջինս իրական հիմքեր է ստեղծել 2 016 թ-ի արդյունքներով մասնավոր սպառման և ներքին պահանջարկի աստիճանական վերականգնման համար:

ԿԲ խորհուրդը ակնկալում է, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին կպահպանվի ցածր գնաճային միջավայր, իսկ տարեվերջին գնանկումը զգալիորեն կդանդաղի: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԿԲ Խորհուրդը նպատակահարմար է գտնում թուլացնել դրամավարկային պայմանները, ինչի պարագայում գնանկումային միջավայրն աստիճանաբար կչեզոքանա, և կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կվերադառնա նպատակային ցուցանիշին:

ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ կարճաժամկետ հատվածում գնանկումային ռիսկերը փոքր-ինչ գերակշռում են, որոնց դրսևորման դեպքում ԿԲ-ն համարժեքորեն կարձագանքի՝ միջնաժամկետ հատվածում ապահովելով գնաճի նպատակի իրագործումը:

Լոմբարդային ռեպոների և բանկերից ներգրավվող միջոցների տոկոսադրույքները սահմանվել են համապատասխանաբար 8.75 % և 5.75 %:
