 ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում շարունակվում է 2016թ. հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը Երևան քաղաքի Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերիվերաբերյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը), 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (բռնությամբզուգորդված պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելը) և 164-րդ հ ոդվածի (լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը)հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել են քաղաքացիներ Դ. Կ.-ն և Գ. Ա.-ն՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություններ կատարելու, այդ թվում՝ լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու կասկածանքով:

Նույն հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար նախկինում մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել երկու այլ անձանց՝ Վ. Մ.-ին և Ս. Կ.-ին: Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը: Այսպիսով, 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 17-ի դրությամբ՝ Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվում 4 անձի նկատմամբ:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը և նրա հետ համագործակցող իրավապահ մյուս մարմինները շարունակում են ձեռնարկել դեպքի հանգամանքներըպարզելու, առերևույթ հանցանք կատարած անձանց նույնականացնելու և հայտնաբերելու համար անհրաժեշտ ինչպես քննչական ու դատավարական,այնպես էլ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները: Նախաքննության հետագա ընթացքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
