ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընդունած նախագծով Աշխատանքային գրքույկում առկա տեղեկատվությունը պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարան ներառելու համար Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայությունը ճանաչեց որպես պետական կառավարման մարմին:

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերինախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հիշեցրեց, որ փոփոխված օրենքով 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից աշխատանքային գրքույկն այլևս չեն վարելու գործատուները, բացի այդ, անցումային դրույթներում սահմանվել է աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի դրույթ, որի համաձայն՝ գործատուների մոտ գտնվող աշխատանքային գրքույկները փոխանցվելու են լիազոր մարմնին, լիազոր մարմինն էլ դրանցում ներառված տեղեկատվությունը ներառելու է տեղեկատվական շտեմարան, ինչից հետո գրքույկները կվերադարձվեն աշխատողների ն:

«Այդ խնդիրները կանոնակարգելու համար ներկայացվող նախագծով սահմանվում են ընթացակարգերը, և 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո, երբ կդադարի աշխատանքային գրքույկների վարումը, երկու տարվա ընթացքում այս աշխատանքները կիրականացվեն: Դրա արդյունքում կունենանք տեղեկատվական շտեմարան, ամբողջ աշխատանքային ստաժների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն, որն էականորեն կբարելավի նաև կենսաթոշակային համակարգի կառավարելիությանը, կառավարման համակարգի առավելությունն ու կունենա հակակոռուպցիոն նշանակություն»,-  ասաց նախարարը:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հետաքրքրվեց, թե աշխատանքից ազատվելու դեպքում ո՞վ է լրացնում շտեմարանը՝ գործատո՞ւն, թե՞ նախկին աշխատողը, Արտեմ Ասատրյանն ասաց, որ շտեմարանը հասանելի կլինի նաև քաղաքացուն, ով իր մասին տեղեկությունը կարող է լրացնել, կապահովվի նաև հետադարձ կապ քաղաքացու հետ։
