Թուրքիայի եւ Իրանի միջեւ սկսվող ներկայիս բանակցությունները հազիվ թե կարող են հիմք հանդիսանալ ռազմավարական ռազմա-քաղաքական դաշինքի ձեւավորման համար, այն բանի պատճառով, որ Անկարան հանդիսանում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի ակտիվ անդամ:

Նման կարծիք են հայտնել ՏԱՍՍ-ի հարցմանը մասնակից ՌԴ ԳԱ արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտի ավագ գիտաշխատող Վլադիմիր Սաժինը եւ  ՌԴ ԳԱ արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտի արաբական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Բորիս Դոլգովը` Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի` Սիրիայի հարցով եկող շաբաթ Թեհրան կատարելիք այցի առնչությամբ:

Փորձագետները համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ ինչ աստիճանի էլ հաջողվի պայմանավորվել Թեհրանին, Անկարային եւ Մոսկվային սիրիական հակամարտության հաղթահարման գծով, դա դեռ հեռու է եւ չի նշանակում ինչ-որ ռազմավարական «եռյակ միության» ստեղծում:

«Անվանել դա ռազմա-քաղաքական միություն, հնարավոր չէ, անգամ չնայած այն բանին, որ Ռուսաստանը Սիրիայի դեմ գործում է իրանական ավիաբազայից», -համոզմունք է հայտնել Սաժինը՝ հավելելով, որ «դա մարտավարական ռազմա-քաղաքական միասնություն է, որը չի կարելի անվանել ոչ դաշինք, ոչ էլ միություն»:

Նա չի բացառել, որ «Թեհրանում Էրդողանի բանակցությունների ընթացքում, իսկ հետո ռուսաստանյան կողմի հետ եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ կարող են ռազմական հարցեր լուծվել, բայց իրական միություն չի կարող լինել, քանի որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկիր է»:

«Խոսել այդ հնարավոր դաշինքի ինչ-որ ռազմավարական մակարդակի մասին, վաղաժամ է», նրա հետ համաձայնվել է Դոլգովը, եւ նշել, որ «դա մարտավարական միություն է, եւ այն էլ, եթե փոխզիջում ձեռք բերվի: Բայց խոսել ռազմավարական դաշինքի մասին չի կարելի»:

«Եթե խմբավորումները, որոնց պաշտպանում է Թուրքիան, դուրս գան «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման հետ իրենց դաշինքից, դա արդեն դրական արդյունք կլինի», -ամփոփել է փորձագետը:
