Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) արտաքին գնահատում իրականացնող փորձագետների թիմն օգոստոսի 19-ին ճանաչողական այցով հյուրընկալվեց ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության (ՓԾ) Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից, այցի նպատակն էր ծանոթանալ ԱԻ նախարարության գործունեությանը, աշխատանքային հնարավորություններին և պայմաններին, ինչպես նաև արտակարգ իրավիճակների առաջացման դեպքում ազդարարման, արձագանքման և մշտադիտարկման գործընթացները համակարգող ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքներին:

ՃԿԱԿ պետ, փրկարար ծառայության գնդապետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանի ուղեկցությամբ հյուրերը շրջել են նախարարության երկրորդ մասնաշենքում տեղակայված, նորագույն սարքավորումներով հագեցած Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում և ծանոթացել ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: ՃԿԱԿ պետը ներկայացրել է կենտրոնի գործունեությունը, ազդարարման, արձագանքման և մշտադիտարկման լայն հնարավորությունները: Ներկայացնելով կենտրոնի խոշոր ձեռքբերումները` ՃԿԱԿ պետը կարևորել է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունը, որը մեծացնում է արտակարգ իրավիճակներին առավել արագ և արդյունավետ արձագանքելու կարողությունները: Խանգելդյանն ընդգծել է, որ առաջնային համարելով արդյունավետ աշխատանքը՝ ԱԻ նախարարությունը պատրաստ է նոր համագործակցությունների: Նա անդրադարձել է նաև ԱԻ նախարարության մեկ այլ կարևոր նախաձեռնության, որի արդյունքում ներկայում ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային և մարզային կենտրոններում աշխատում է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող շուրջ 40 մարդ:

Հյուրերը շրջել են նաև ԱԻ նախարարության առաջին մասնաշենքում, որտեղ գտնվում է ՀՀ կառավարության սերվերային տնտեսության պահուստային կենտրոնը: Այն ստեղծվել է արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության և պատերազմի ժամանակ՝ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության միջոցառումների արագ կազմակերպման, առանցքային տեղեկատվության հուսալի պահպանման, արդյունավետ ու անվտանգ կիրառման, ինչպես նաև պետական մարմինների պահուստային տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կենտրոնացման ու դրանց շահագործման բարելավման նպատակով:

Այցի ավարտին հյուրերը շնորհակալություն են հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ նշելով, որ տպավորված են ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության համակարգային աշխատանքով:
