Սթրեսը, ոչ առողջ սնունդը, խնամքի քիմիական միջոցները, հորմոնալ խանգարումները, արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները կարող են հանգեցնել կնճիռների վաղ առաջացմանը։

Մաշկը երիտասարդացնելու համար, սակայն, պարտադիր չէ մեծ գումարներ ծախսել, այլ կարելի է տանը պատրաստել բնական կրեմ, որը շատ արդյունավետ է և կազատի մաշկը կնճիռներից։

Կրեմի պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ բաղադրիչներն են՝

• 1 բաժակ մաքուր ջուր

• 1 ճաշի գդալ տաք կաթ

• 3 ճաշի գդալ բրինձ

• 1ճաշի գդալ մեղր։

Պատրաստման եղանակը

3 ճաշի գդալ բրինձը եռացնել 1 բաժակ ջրով և եփել մոտ 3 րոպե։ Բրինձը վերցնել կրակից և թողնել, որ սառչի։ Այնուհետ բրնձի ջուրը քամել և լցնել ապակե բաժակի մեջ։

Եփած բրինձը խառնել կաթի և մեղրի հետ՝ մինչև ստացվի համասեռ խառնուրդ։

Օգտագործման եղանակը

Մաշկը լվանալ և չորացնել։ Խառնուրդը քսել մաշկին՝ կատարելով շրջանաձև մերսումներ։ Պահել 15 րոպե, որի ընթացքում այն կչորանա։ Մաշկը լվանալ բրնձի ջրով, ապա տաք ջրով։

Այս բնական դիմակը կատարեք շաբաթը 1 անգամ, և կնճիռները կսկսեն նվազել ու կունենաք երիտասարդացած մաշկ։
