Աստանայում «Ղազախստանի ստանդարտացման եւ սերտիֆիկացման ինստիտուտ» հանրապետական պետական ձեռնարկության հարթակում օգոստոսի 18-19-ին անցկացվել Է սեմինար, որի ընթացքում Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչները պատմել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի կիրառմ ան գործնական ասպեկտների մասին: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Ղազախստանի լիազոր մարմինների, բիզնես-հանրակցության եւ համապատասխանության գնահատման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, սեմինարը կազմակերպվել Էր ԵԱՏՀ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ «Տեխնիկական կարգավորման համակարգը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում» տիպային ծրագրի իրացման շրջանակներում, որը հաստատվել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի տեխնիկական կարգավորման գծով անդամ (նախարար) Վալերի Կորեշկովի կողմից: 

Միջոցառման նպատակը տեխնիկական կարգավորման բնագավառի անձնակազմի պատրաստումն Է, վերապատրաստումը, ինչպես նաեւ Միության տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի իրացման եւ տեխնիկական կիրառման արդյունավետության բարձրացումը: Սեմինարում ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես են եկել Ղազախստանի ներդրումների եւ զարգացման նախարարության տեխնիկական կարգավորման եւ չափաբանության կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Ղալիմժան Դուգալովը եւ Հանձնաժողովի տեխնիկական կարգավորման եւ հավատարմագրման դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Արման Շակալիեւը: 

Միջոցառմանը քննարկվել են «Թեթեւ արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի անվտանգության մասին», «Երկաթուղային շարժակազմի անվտանգության մասին», «Արագընթաց երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի անվտանգության մասին» եւ «Երկաթուղային տրանսպորհի ենթակառուցվածքի անվտանգության մասին» տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի իրականացման հարցերը, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ-ում տեխնիկական կարգավորման համակարգերի ձեւավորման, արտադրանքի համապատասխանության գնահատման, ստանդարտացման եւ չափումների միասնության ապահովման հարցերը:

Առանձին քննարկվել են տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի ու ստանդարտների կիրառման կոնկրետ օրինակները, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց ազդեցությունը ճյուղերի զարգացման վրա եւ դերը արտադրանքի մրցունակության, արտադրության արդյունավետության բարձրացման, ինովացիոն արտադրանքի շուկա դուրս գալու գործում: Արման Շակալիեւի խոսքով՝ սա այն շարքի առաջին սեմինարն Է, որը Հանձնաժողովը տիպային ծրագրի իրականացման շրջանակներում շարունակաբար անցկացնելու Է Միության բոլոր երկրներում: Հերթական սեմինարները կկայանան օգոստոսի 26-ին Աստանայում եւ սեպտեմբերի 20-21-ին՝ Բիշքեկ ում:
