Պեկինում օգոստոսի 24-ին տեղի Է ունեցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի հանդիպումը ՉԺՀ-ի Պետխորհրդի առաջին փոխվարչապետ Չժան Գաոլիի հետ: Այցը կայացել Է չինական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հանդիպմանը Չժան Գաոլին Տիգրան Սարգսյանին շնորհակալություն Է հայտնել այցելության եւ Չինաստանի ու ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները քննարկելու հնարավորության համար:

«Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում ձեր հսկայական ավանդը, որը Դուք, լինելով Հայաստանի վարչապետ, ներդրել եք հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում»,- ասել Է նա:  

Տիգրան Սարգսյանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն Է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար եւ նշել ՉԺՀ-ի եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարների քննարկման կարեւորությունը: Կոլեգիայի նախագահը մասնավորապես ասել Է. «Չնայած այն բանին, որ ԵԱՏՀ առեւտրական բլոկի եւ ՉԺՀ-ի առեւտրի նախարարության միջեւ արդեն ակտիվ բանակցություններ են ընթանում առեւտրատնտեսական համաձայնագրի կնքման շուրջ, իմ այցը եւ մեր հանդիպումը կոչված են ամրապնդել բանակցային գործընթացը եւ նոր ազդակ հաղորդել դրան: Մենք կցանկանայինք, որ մեր բանակցություններն ընթա նային արագացված տեմպերով»:

Իր հերթին Չժան Գաոլին նշել Է, որ այսօր աշխարհում տեղի են ունենում խորը վերափոխումներ, իսկ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը շատ դանդաղ Է վերականգնվում: «Այս պայմաններում Չինաստանի ղեկավարությունը հսկայական նշանակություն Է տալիս ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությանը: Չինաստանը լավ հարաբերություններ Է կառուցում ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասնակից բոլոր երկրների հետ»,-ընդգծել Է նա: 

Կոլեգիայի նախագահը նշել Է, որ աշխարհում վերափոխումները շատ արագ են տեղի ունենում, ձեւավորվում Է համաշխարհային առեւտրի նոր ճարտարապետություն, ուստի ՉԺՀ-ն ու ԵԱՏՄ-ն պետք Է ակտիվորեն զարգացնեն համագործակցությունը, որպեսզի դուրս չմնան գլոբալ թրենդների շրջանակներից: Չինաստանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների հանգուցային տնտեսական գործընկերներից մեկն Է: Այժմ աշխատանք Է տարվում ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ Մետաքսի ճանապարտի տնտեսական գոտու չինական նախաձեռնության հիման վրա լայն տնտեսական գործընկերության ձեւավորման ուղղությամբ: 

«Ես գիտեմ, որ հենց Դուք եք ղեկավարում չինական նախաձեռնություններն ու նոր Մետաքսի ճանապարհի զարգացման նախագիծը, որի հետ զուգակցումը ԵԱՏՄ-ի զարգացման ռազմավարության գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն Է»,-հայտարարել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը:Տիգրան Սարգսյանն ընդգծել Է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն համամիտ Է քաղաքական բաղադրիչից զերծ թափանցիկ տնտեսական ճարտարապետության ձեւավորման հարցում Չինաստանի մոտեցմանը, որը կողմնորոշված Է դեպի բիզնեսի շահերը եւ խոչընդոտների վերացումը: Նա համոզմունք Է հայտնել, որ երկու նախագծերի զուգակցումը փոխշահավետ համագո րծակցության ներդաշնակ ընդհանուր տարածք ստեղծելու Միության երկրների ձգտման վկայությունն Է: 

ՉԺՀ-ի Պետխորհրդի առաջին փոխվարչապետի առաջարկությամբ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ստեղծել Միության պետությունների հետ Չինաստանի համատեղ նախագծերի տվյալների բանկ: Տիգրան Սարգսյանը եւ Չժան Գաոլին նաեւ պայմանավորվել են, որ պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ կանցկացնեն հարաբերությունների զարգացման ընթացքը քննարկելու համար եւ պրոֆիլային գերատեսչություններին աջակցություն կցուցաբերեն օպտիմալ որոշումներ մշակելու ընթացքում:
