4,8 մագնիտուդով նոր երկրաշարժ Է օգոստոսի 26-ին տեղի ունեցել Իտալիայի կենտրոնական մասում՝ Ամատրիչե քաղաքում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Եվրոպա-միջերկրածովյան սեյսմոլոգիական կենտրոնը:

Երկրաշարժի Էպիկենտրոնն ընդամենը 5 կիլոմետր Էր հեռու քաղաքից: Օջախը գտնվում Էր 10 կմ խորության վրա:

Պաշտոնական վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ տարերային աղետի հետեւանքով զոհվել Է 250 մարդ, 260-ից ավելի տուժածներ գտնվում են հիվանդանոցներում:
