«Պարզվում է՝ թարմ ու որակյալ մթերք սպառելու ձգտում ունեցող հայաստանցիները ողջ օգոստոս ամսվա ընթացքում ստիպված են եղել օգտագործել ՌԴ-ից ներկրված հավկիթներ։ Ըստ որում՝ ճարպիկ հայ գործարարներից մեկն ինչ-ինչ նպատակներից ելնելով ռուսական հավկիթներն իրացրել է հայկականի անվան տակ։ Մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք սուպերմարկետներ և խանութներ մեր շրջայցը ցույց տվեց, որ ռուսական հավկիթները որոշ դեպքերում իրացվում են «Հավիցա» (Բաղրամյանի թռչնաֆաբրիկա) և ԳԹՖ (Գնդեվազի թռչնաֆաբրիկա) ապրանքանիշների դրոշմակնիքներով։ Հնարամիտ ներկրողը, սակայն, ապրանքը խանութներ մատակարարել է արկղերով, որոնց վրա արդեն իրական արտադրողի՝ ռուսաստանյան «Նովոռոսիյսկ» թռչնաֆաբրիկայի մակնշումն է։ Հետաքրքիր է, որ մի շարք խանութներում աշխատակիցները բարեխղճորեն տեղեկացնում էին, որ չնայած մակնշմանը՝ հավկիթները ռուսական ծագում ունեն։ Ըստ որում՝ ինչպես երևում է արտադրողի մակնշումից, արտադրանքը թողարկվել է օգոստոսի 12– ին, իսկ Երևանի խանութներում այն իրացվում է տարբեր արտադրման օրերով՝ օգոստոսի  18-26-ը։

Փաստի վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություն ստանալու նպատակով «Առավոտը» փորձեց կապ հաստատել հայկական երկու ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, սակայն պաշտոնապես գրանցված համարներին մեր զանգերն անպատասխան մնացին։ Մինչդեռ Հայաստանի թռչնաբույծների միության նախագահ Սերգեյ Ստեփանյանն անակնկալի չեկավ՝ նշելով, որ այս օրերին նույն թեմայի վերաբերյալ արդեն ութերորդ ահազանգն է ստանում՝ տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներից ու քաղաքացիներից։ «Մենք այս պահին ունենք Հայաստանում գործող յոթ թռչնաֆաբրիկա, որոնք կարող էին ապահովել սպառողական շուկայում այդ բացը։ Եվ միությանը, և արտադրողները դեմ են ներկրելուն, առավել ևս՝ ամառվա այս ծանր շրջանում։ Ներկրոմը միայն մեկ դեպքում՝ կարող Է արդարացված լինել ՝ արտադրական-տեխնոլոզիական նրբություններից ելնելով՝ տարին երկու անգամ խզվածք Է առաջանում շուկայում, մինչև որ նոր ներկրված վառեկները դառնում են ածող հավեր։ Որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում սպառողական շուկայում դեֆիցիտ Է առաջանում։ Այդ շրջանը համընկնում Է հենց օգոստոս ամսվա հետ։ Եվ այդ շրջանում է, որ ի հայտ են գալիս «ճկուն» կամ «հնարամիտ» բիզնեսմեններ, որոնք ներկրածը հրամցնում են որպես տեղական արտադրանք»,– ասաց  մեր  զրուցակիցը»,–գրում է թերթը։
