Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունից 2 միլիարդ դոլար է խնդրել: Բայց զավեշտալին այն է, որ այդ գումարի կեսը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ծախսել ԼեռնայինՂարաբաղի, իսկ մյուս կեսը՝ իրենց երկրում գտնվող այլ շրջանների գյուղատնտեսությունը «վերականգնելու» վրա:

Այդ մասին պարզվում է՝ հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի փոխարտգործնախարար Մահմուդ Մամեդգուլիևը: Եթե երկրի իշխանությունները գումարի մի մասը պատրաստվում են գյուղատնտեսությունը խթանող միջոցների վրա ծախսել, ապա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասով խնդրած գումարը, հավանաբար, պատրաստվում են «սառնարանում» պահել, և դա այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև իրենց կարճ խելքով տեղի ունենա «Ադրբեջանի օկուպացված տարածքների դեօկուպացիա» և այդտեղ նույնպես կարողանան գյուղատնտեսությունը վերականգնելու վրա ծախսեր անել:

Տեղին է ասելը, թե «հավը երազում կորեկ է տեսնում», իր երազն այնքան իրական է համարում, որ նույնիսկ որոշում է դրա համար վարկով գումար վերցնել միջազգային կազմակերպությունից, նույնն է, թե Հայաստանը Վանի, Անիի կամ Բիթլիսի զարգացման ծրագիր մշակի ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններից գումար խնդրի:

Այն, որ հարևան երկրում տնտեսական վիճակն օրեցօր վատանում է և և մանաթի արժեզրկման տեմպերը գնալով ավելանում են, փաստ է: Բայց, արի ու տես, որ տնտեսական կանխատեսումներն այնքան տխուր պատկեր են ձևավորել, որ նույնիսկ հարևան երկրում որոշել են երազային նախագծերի համար էլ գումարներ խնդրել:

Հետաքրքիր է, թե ուր մնաց «ադրբեջանական արագ զարգացող տնտեսություն» ասվածը, երբ նույնիսկ սեփական գումարներով չեն կարողանում իրենց երկրի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանը խթանել, իսկ ՌԴ նախագահն էլ ի լուր ողջ աշխարհի հայտարարում է, թե ռուս-ադրբեջանական «համագործակցության» հիմքում Ադրբեջանի արագ զարգացող տնտեսությունն է:

Այսինքն՝ կամաց-կամաց պատմական սխալի հետևանքով պետություն հռչակված երկրամասը սկսում է միջազգային հանրությանը իր իսկական «ես»-ով ներկայանալ և ամենայն հավանականությամբ այս քայլը բավական զվարճացրած կլինի միջազգային հանրությանը:

Այնուամենայնիվ,  փաստենք, որ այս դիմում-խնդրանքի հիմքում, զավեշտից բացի, մեկ իրականություն կա: Փաստորեն, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության խարխլման մասին տեսակետներն այնքան էլ անհիմն չեն, ավելին, խորը գնացող  հետևանքներով են հղի:

Ուստի մնում է միայն արձանագրել, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն մոլորվել է իր հյուսած սարդոստայնում և հիմա էլ սկսել է էյֆորիկ մտքերով կերակրել սեփական ժողովրդին՝ մի լավ զվարճացնելով միջազգային հանրությանը:
