Այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսին ԳԽ նախկին պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանը, ով օրերս Արցախում էր, լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց, որ Արցախում ամեն ինչ բնական հունով է ընթանում:

«Արցախը կառուցապատվում ու բարեկարգվում է: Հողեր հանձնելու, Ալիեւի՝ Համաշխարհային հիմնադրամից 1 միլիարդ դոլար վարկ խնդրելու, որ ԼՂՀ-ն գրավելուց հետո բարեկարգվի, խոսակցությունների մասին ԼՂՀ-ում ո´չ լսել են, ո´չ էլ ուզում են լսել»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, թե Ղարաբաղի օրակարգում Ալիեւի հետ կապված որեւէ խնդիր չկա:

«Ես նկատի ունեմ ե՛ւ հասարակությանը, ե՛ւ ղեկավարությանը: Արցախում հիմա բերքահավաք է, տնտեսությունն են բարեկարգում, քառօրյա պատերազմի հետեւանքների վերացման կամ նման ավանտյուրայի դեմ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ են իրականացնում, որ նման բան էլ չկրկնվի: Նրանք շատ լուրջ հետեւություններ են արել քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո եւ շատ լուրջ աշխատանքներ են կատարում, որպեսզի դա չկրկնվի, այսինքն՝ նրանք խաղաղության են պատրաստվում»,- ասաց նա:

Խոսելով նաեւ Արցախի նախագահի վերջին հարցազրույցի հետ կապված թյուրըմբռնման մասին` Ազատ Արշակյանն ասաց. «Մեր հանդիպումների ժամանակ նրանց մոտ միանշանակ է եղել այն, որ Արցախի հարցը լուծված է: Արդեն 25 տարի է՝ Արցախի հարցը լուծված է: Արցախը հիմա պատկանում է իր տիրոջը, եւ, եթե կա խնդիր, դա արդեն Գետաշենի, Շահումյանի եւ մյուս շրջանների հետ է կապված»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է տարածքների հանձմանը, ապա նշենք, որ նախկին պատգամավորը տարածքների հանձնման հարցը բարձրացնելը սադրանք է համարում:
