Այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբավորման անդամ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի պաշտպաններից Հայարփի Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ Հ. Հարությունյանն այս պահին ծանր վիճակում է գտնվում և նրան շտապ բուժօգնություն է հարկավոր:

«Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի առողջական վիճակի հետ կապված՝ որոշակի անորոշություն է առկա, նրան տարբեր բժիշկներ են զննել ու նշել, որ դեռևս չի կարող վիրահատվել, քանի դեռ վերքերը չեն լավացել»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:

Պաշտպանի խոսքով՝ հուլիսի 26-ին՝ գիշերը ժամը 1.00-ի սահմաններում, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել, նրան բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերվել շուրջ երկու ժամ անց. «Նա շտապօգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն, սակայն նույն օրը վիրահատություն չի կատարվել, հեռացվել են որոշակի բեկորներ, այժմ վիճակը ծանր է: Այդ օրը Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը կալանավորվել է, կալանքի որոշման հիմքում դրվել է այն փաստարկը, թե նա կարող է խոչընդոտել գործի քննությանը, սակայն նա զրկված էր տեղաշարժման հնարավորությունից և գտնվել է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում: Կալանավորվելուց հետո Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը դուրս է գրվել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցից և տեղափոխվել «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ»- նշեց նա։

Ինչպես նշեց փաստաբանը, այդ խուցը քարանձավի է նման եղել, որը բորբոսնած պատեր է ունեցել, այնտեղ օդ չի եղել շնչելու, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը պառկած է եղել կորացած անկողնու վրա, այն դեպքում, երբ նրան հարթ մահճակալ էր անհրաժեշտ, նրա վերքի վրայով խավարասերներ էին վազվզում, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանն ինքնուրույն չէր կարողանում նստել: «Ձեռքը չէր հասնում վերքին, այդպես տեսնում էր, թե ինչպես են միջատներն իր վերքի վրայով վազվզում: Այդ պատճառով հարազատներին խնդրել էի ճանճասպան փայտիկ բերեին, ձեռքը չէր հասնում: Գիշերը չէր քնում՝ ցավերի մեջ և այդ ճանճասպան փայտիկով միջատներին էր հսկում: Հիվանդասենյակի անկյուններում աղբ էր կուտակված, սառնարանը բացում էինք, որդեր էին»,- ասաց փաստաբանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանին շատ վատ պայմաններում են պահել մինչև հուլիսի 30-ը, ապա հիվանդասենյակը փոխվել է, սակայն պայմաններն էականորեն չեն տարբերվում, միջատների առկայությունը չի վերացել, սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները նույնն են։

Փաստաբանը նշեց նաև, որ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը զրկված է մշտական բուժհսկողությունից, նա լուրջ բուժօգնության կարիք ունի:
