Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մոսկովյան կենտրոնակայանում ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը օգոստոսի 29-ին հանդիպում Է ունեցել ՌԴ-ում Մոնղոլիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Դելգերմա Բանզրագչի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, կողմերը քննարկել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության եւ Մոնղոլիայի առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը:Տիգրան Սարգսյանը վստահություն Է հայտնել, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն եւ Մոնղոլիան այսուհետեւ Էլ հաջողությամբ համակողմանի փոխգործակցություն կզարգացնեն անցյալ տարի Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի եւ Մոնղոլիայի կառավարության միջեւ ստորագրված Համագործակցության հուշագրի շրջանակներում: Նա ընդգծել Է, ԵԱՏՄ-ն ու Մոնղոլիան շփման շատ կետեր ունեն.

«Դա ոչ միայն, օրինակ, Մոնղոլիայից մեր Միություն ապրանքների արտահանումն Է, այլեւ համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծման, ներդրումային նախագծերի հետ կապված հարցերը: Մենք չենք սահմանափակում այն թեմաների շրջանակը, որոնք կարող են հետաքրքրել մեր մոնղոլ գործընկերներին»:

Արձագանքելով Դելգերմա Բանզրագչի այն խոսքերին, թե Մոնղոլիայում դիտարկում են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամագրվելու կամ նրա հետ ազատ առեւտրի գոտի ստեղծելու հնարավորությունը, Տիգրան Սարգսյանը հիշել Է իր փորձը. «երեք տարի առաջ, երբ ես ղեկավարում Էի Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, մենք եւս կանգնած Էինք ընտրության առջեւ՝ անդամակցել արդյոք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը: Այն ժամանակ ամեն ինչ մանրակրկիտ վերլուծեցինք, քննարկեցինք առավելություններն ու թերությունները: Եվ ԵԱՏՄ-ին միանալու մեր որոշումը դարձավ շատ պրագմատիկ, տնտեսական բ ոլոր պարամետրերով հաշվարկված»: 

Մոնղոլիայի դեսպանը նշել Է, որ ստեղծվել ու աշխատանքի Է ձեռնամուխ եղել Հուշագրով նախատեսված համատեղ հետազոտական խումբը՝ նպատակ ունենալով տնտեսական երկխոսության զարգացումը Միության երկրների եւ Մոնղոլիայի կառավարության միջեւ: Դելգերմա Բանզրագչն առաջարկել Է խմբի աշխատանքի շրջանակներում քննարկել մոնղոլական մի շարք ապրանքների նկատմամբ ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերի նվազեցման հնարավորությունը, Մոնղոլիայի նկատմամբ կիրառել Վիետնամի եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջեւ ազատ առեւտրի գոտու ստեղծման փորձը: Այդ կապակցությամբ ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը նշել Է.

«Շատ երկրներ են դիմում մեզ ազատ առեւտրի մասին պայմանագրեր կնքելու կապակցությամբ: Որովհետեւ իրավամբ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը դիտում են որպես պատկառելի շուկա, որտեղ կարող են վաճառել իրենց ապրանքները: Այդ կապակցությամբ մեզանում միշտ հարց Է ծագում՝ եթե մենք առավելագույնս բացում ենք մեր շուկան, ինչ Է ստանում մեր բիզնեսը: Մեր աշխատանքային խումբը պետք Է գտնի փոխադարձ օգուտը»: Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են հետազոտական աշխատանքային խմբի նիստն անցկացնել այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին: Նույն այդ ժամանակ, Դելգերմա Բանզրագչի առաջարկությամբ , նախատեսվում Է անցկացնել համատեղ գործարար համաժողով՝ Մոնղոլիայի եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների գործարար շրջանների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Ենթադրվում Է, որ համաժողովի աշխատանքին կմասնակցի ԵԱՏՄ-ի Գործարար խորհուրդը:
