Երևանում տեղի ունեցավ մայրաքաղաքի հանրակրթական դպրոցների տնօրենների օգոստոսյան խորհրդաժողովը: Խորհրդաժողովին ԿԳ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը խոսեց կրթության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների, ԿԳ նախարարության իրականացրած ծրագրերի մասին: 

«Ազգային կրթակարգ ձևավորելով անհրաժեշտ է հասկանալ, թե ինչ մասնագետների կարիք կ ա մեր երկրում: Թռչող սարքեր ունենալու, ատոմակայանը աշխատեցնելու, երկրի պաշտպանության հարցերն ապահովելու համար պետք է զարգացնել բնական գիտությունները»,- նշեց Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ամիսներ առաջ ԿԳՆ-ն հաստատել է ՀՀ կրթության որակավորումների ազգային շրջանակը: Շուտով կլինի ազգային կրթակարգի ձևավորման գործընթացը: Նախատված է հաստատել բարձրագույն  կրթության նոր օրենքը, որը շրջանառության մեջ է մտնելու նոյեմբեր ամսին:

Դպրոցը երեխային տալիս է ազատություն, գիտելիք, իսկ ավելի բարձր դասարաններում ձևավորում է քաղաքացուն: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ իրենք կփորձեն անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի երեխան չվախենա բարդ առարկաներից և ցածր դասարաններից անցումը բարձր դասարաններ ավելի դյուրին լինի:
