Դատավճիռը ստանալուց հետո Ավետիսյանների հարազատներն այն կբողոքարկեն ընդհուպ մինչև ՄԻԵԴ

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործով դատավճիռը ստանալուց հետո Ավետիսյանների հարազատները կբողոքարկեն այն ներպետական ատյաններում, իսկ այնուհետև նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Նույնիսկ հոգեբանական դժվարություններին, հարազատները համաձայն են նույնիսկ արտաշիրիմում կատարել՝ գործը լիար ժեք բացահայտելու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, այս մասին օգոստոսի 31-ին հենց Ավետիսյանների տանը լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեցին Ավետիսյանների դուստրերը՝ Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը, Անահիտ Կոշտոյանը ու նրանց ամուսինները` Եգոր Ադամյանն ու Արթուր Կոշտոյանը:

Բողոքելով նախաքննությունից և դատական ողջ գործընթացից` աղջիկները համոզմունք հայտնեցին, որ գործով ցմահ դատապարտված Վալերի Պերմյակովը մենակ չի գործել:

Նրանք զարմանալի են համարում այն փաստը, որ իրավապահ մարմիններին չհաջողվեց այդպես էլ Հայաստան բերել Պերմյակովի անմիջական հրամանատարին, ով Չիտայից վերջինիս բերել էր Գյումրի, իսկ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում եղել է նրա անմիջական հրամանատարը:

«Ի սկզբանե ամեն ինչ պարզ է` դատարանը, ողջ գործընթացի ընթացքում մեր ու մեր փաստաբանների կողմից ներկայացրած  ոչ մի միջնորդություն չբավարարեց: Դատավճիռը ներկայացվեց առանց մեր ներկայության»,-նշեց Եգոր Ադամյանը:

«Մեր բոլոր հարցերը մնացել են անպատասխան, բայց թեկուզ տարիներ հետո բացահայտվի այս հարցը՝ մենք չենք լռելու»,- նշեց Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս պահին իրենք տեղեկություն չունեն թե որտեղ է Պերմյակովը:

Խոսելով ՌԴ-ում ներկայացված քաղհայցի մասին` Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը նշեց, որ   իրենց գումարը չի հետաքրքրում, այլ պատիժը: «Առաջին իսկ պահից մեզ օգնություն են առաջարկել, մենք հրաժարվել ենք, որովհետև մենք մեր արյունը չենք վաճառում: Մենք դա արել ենք, որպեսզի պետությունը, տվյալ դեպքում՝ ՌԴ-ն սրանից հետո իմանա` ում է ուղարկում Հայաստան: Մեզ ընդհանրապես այս քաղհայցը չի հետաքրքրում մենք դա արել ենք, որպեսզի նրանք պատժվեն»,- նշեց Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը:

Վերջում խոսելով Ավետիսյանների տան մասին՝ հարազատները նշեցին, որ կցանկանան,  որ դա սրբատեղի կամ մատուռ դառնա՝ ի հիշատակ իրենց զոհված հարազատների:
