Քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը, այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ խոսելով ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտի մասին, նշեց. «Ապրիլյան իրադարձություններից հետո համանախագահների մոտ աշխուժություն նկատվեց, որն արտահայտվեց տարբեր հայտարարությունների, մեկնաբանությունների ձեւով»:

Ըստ քաղաքագետի` այդ աշխուժությունն անհանգստության ալիք բարձրացրեց Հայաստանում եւ Ադրբեջանում:

«Անընդհատ քննարկում էին, խոսում էին շրջանների վերադարձի մասին եւ այլն: Պետք է ասեմ, որ ինձ համար ամեն ինչ հասկանալի էր հենց սկզբից. որեւէ լուրջ փոփոխություն լինել չէր կարող ու չեղավ: Հունիսին այդ ակտիվությունը մեծ էր, հուլիսին այն նվազեց, եւ մենք հիմա տեսնում ենք, որ համանախագահները, հատկապես՝ Ռուսաստանը, աշխատում են դեէսկալացիայի շուրջ, որպեսզի կրակոցները քիչ լինեն: Հաջողվում է, որովհետեւ հիմա շփման գծում կրակոցներ ավելի քիչ են լինում, քան ապրիլից առաջ»,- նշեց փորձագետը՝ նկատելով, որ այս վիճակը երկար չի տեւի:

«Շատ բան կախված է նավթից, այն իրավիճակից, որը կլինի Ադրբեջանում»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը` անցում կատարելով «Սասնա ծռերի» գործողություններին ու դրանց կանխատեսելիությանը: «Ես ասում էի, որ նման բան կլինի, որովհետեւ վերլուծելով մինչ այդ կատարվածը՝ Ծառուկյանի հեռացումը քաղաքականությունից, Շանթ Հարությունյանի բանտարկումը եւ այլն, այս պրոցեսը կանխատեսելի էր։ Զենքով հարց լուծելու լեգիտիմացման գործընթացը Հայաստանում ընթանում էր, դա կարելի էր տեսնել, ու նման մի բան ակնհայտ էր, որ կլիներ: Հետաքրքիր է հատկապես այն, թե ինչպես է հասարակությունն արձագանքում այդ ամենին: Հասարակության մի մասը, համենայնդեպս, խրախուսում էր դա ու կարծում, որ ոչ շատ մեծ երկրի խնդիրները կարելի է լուծել՝ սպանելով 5 մարդու: Այդ պատկերացումը դառնում է բավական պոպուլյար:

Ես դժվարանում եմ պատկերացնել, թե այս ամենից հետո իշխանություններն ինչ են անելու ընտրությունների ժամանակ։ Ենթադրենք՝ նրանք մինչեւ ընտրություններ հասնեն (թեկուզ դա շատ դժվար է, ամեն չնչին իրադարձություն կարող է իրավիճակ փոխել), ի՞նչ փողեր պետք է ծախսեն, ի՞նչ միջոցներ գործի դնեն, որ այս ընտրություններում հաղթեն: Լավ, ենթադրենք՝ դա նույնպես եղավ. հավաքում են 54% ու հաղթում, ի՞նչ է լինելու հաջորդ շաբաթ: Ենթադրենք՝ դա էլ արեցին՝ հաջորդ շաբաթն ինչ-որ կերպ վերապրեցին, կարելի՞ է պատկերացնել, որ նման ձեւով իշխանությունը 5 տարի կկարողանա ղեկավարել: Ինձ համար շատ դժվար է նման բան պատկերացնել»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:
