Տնտեսագետ Աշոտ Թավադյանը հնարավոր է համարում Հայաստանում տարեկան ՀՆԱ 7 տոկոսանոց աճը: Նրա խոսքով` դրան հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ արտահանում-ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցությունը 30 տոկոս կազմի, ներկայում այն 15-16 տոկոս է: Այս մասին Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, Եվրասիական փորձագիտական ակումբի անդամ Աշոտ Թավադյանը: «Մեր տնտեսության հիմնական նպատակն է ՀՆԱ 7 տոկոս տարեկան աճի ապահովումը: Այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում մենք ունենք 4 տոկոս աճ, այս իրավիճակում դա համարվում է բավարար, բայց հնարավորություն ունե՞նք մինչև 7 տոկոս հասցնելու… Այո»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը:

Նա Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման համար կարևոր համարեց բոլոր ուղղություններով հարաբերությունների զարգացումը` անկախ նրանից, որ Հայաստանն ինտեգրվում է ԵԱՏՄ-ին: «Մեր տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու համար երեք ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատենք` արտահանման կտրուկ աճ, ներքին շուկայի գրավում և զբաղվածության մեծացում: Ներքին շուկայի գրավումը շատ մեծ ներուժ չունի, իսկ զբաղվածության մեծացումը փոքր երկրներում փոխկապակցված է արտահանման աճի հետ: Որպեսզի տնտեսությունը զարգանա, արտահանում հարաբերած ՀՆԱ, պետք է լինի 30 տոկոս, հիմա 15-16 տոկոսի սահմանն երում է: ՀՆԱ տարեկան 7 տոկոս աճ ունենալու համար մենք պետք է հասնենք 30 տոկոս հարաբերակցության»,-նշեց բանախոսը:

Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով արտահանումն ավելացել է (ԱՎԾ տվյալներով` 2016-ի հունվար-հունիսին 16.7 տոկոս արտահանման աճ է գրանցվել` ի համեմատ 2015-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի)`Աշոտ Թավադյանը նկատեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն է ընձեռել այդ հնարավորություն` միևնույն ժամանակ դա բավարար չհամարելով: Դեպի ԵԱՏՄ շուկա, մասնավորապես, Ռուսաստան հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման աճին, ըստ Թավադյանի, նպաստել են մաքսատուրքերից ազատումը, նշյալ գործառույթների պարզեցումը, ինչպես ռուսական ռուբլու կայունացումը: «Այն ծավալով, որ ԵԱՏՄ արտ ահանում է կատարվում, նույն ծավալով էլ Եվրամիություն է գնում, բայց այստեղ մենք հիմնականում գունավոր մետաղների հումք ենք արտահանում: Մինչդեռ երկրների հիմնական խնդիրը պատրաստի արտադրանք արտահանելն է»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը:

Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման ու ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ ինտեգրացումը խորացնելու նկատառումով` Աշոտ Թավադյանն առաջարկում է Հայաստանում Ավելացված արժեքի հարկը 20 տոկոսից իջեցնել 18 տոկոսի, իսկ չմշակված հումքի վրա սահմանել մաքսատուրք:
