Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին, այցելել էր ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության եւ կառավարման ֆակուլտետ:
 
Նախարար Ա. Մինասյանը ողջունեց ֆակուլտետի պրոֆեսորա-դասախոսական անձնակազմին, ուսանողներին, ապա ասաց. «Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը մի ընտանիք զավակ է, այդ ընտանիքում ձեզ հետ կապում են մեծ հույսեր, ապագային միտված ծրագրերի իրականացման երազանքներ, հետեւաբար, չթողնեք, որ այդ երազանքներն օդում մնան: Դրա համար էլ պետք է արդարացնել հույսն ու հավատը, վստահությունը, որ ձեր ընտանիքներում ձեւավորվել է: Դուք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ եք եւ ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն իր առօրյա կյանքում հանդիպելու է բազմազան խնդիրների, բայց երբեք չընկճվեք առկա խնդիրներից, դուք պետք է ձգտեք, որպես քաղաքացիներ, ապրել եւ օր օրի զարգացնել ձեր միջավայրը: Երբեք չմտածե´ք, որ դուք երկրորդ կամ երրորդ կարգի քաղաքացիներ եք, դուք առաջնակարգ քաղաքացիներ եք, դուք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ եք, եւ ուսումնառության ընթացքում այս գիտակցումը երբեք չպետք է լռի, հակառակը, պետք է ամրապնդվի ուսում ստանալու ձգտումն ու ցանկությունը: Միայն գիտելիքով զինվածն է, որ կարող է իր իրավունքները հավուր պատշաճի առաջ տանել»,- ասաց նա:
 
Խոսելով նաեւ ՀՀ տնտեսական վիճակի մասին` նախարարը նշեց, որ տնտեսական ոլորտները զարգացնելու համար պետք է զարգացնել բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը: «Այս ոլորտում արձանագրվում է 20-25 տոկոս աճ: Շատ կարեւոր է եւ ցույց է տրվում, որ ՀՀ-ն ունակ է մարդկային ներուժը դարձնել իր զարգացման հիմնական մրցակցային առավելությունը: Կենտրոնական տեղում մարդկային կապիտալն է: Այսօր մեզ պետք է ոչ թե մեկ կամ երկու տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, հարկավոր են հիմնական փոփոխություններ»,- ասաց նախարարը:
