 Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,            

Այսօր տոնում ենք Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակման 25-րդ տարեդարձը: Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ մեր ողջ ժողովրդին պետական այս կարեւորագույն տոնի կապակցությամբ:

1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ը շրջադարձային եղավ արցախահայության կյանքում եւ փոխեց նրա պատմության ընթացքը: Մեր վճռորոշ ձայնը բարձրացնելով ի օգուտ ազատ ու անկախ Արցախի` մենք ազգովի ձեռնամուխ եղանք պետականաշինության գործընթացին, սկսեցինք կառուցել ժողովրդավարական պետություն՝ միջազգային նորմերին ու սկզբունքներին համապատասխան:

Մեր ընտրած ուղին բարդ էր ու դժվարին: Արցախի ժողովրդի արդար եւ օրինական պահանջին Ադրբեջանը հակադարձեց բռնություններով ու կոտորածներով եւ սանձազերծեց արյունալի պատերազմ: Մենք ստիպված էինք զենք վերցնել եւ ամեն գնով պաշտպանել մեր նորանկախ պետության ազատությունն ու անվտանգությունը, մեր ժողովրդի խաղաղությունն ու անդորրը, մեր պատմական հողն ու իրավունքները:

Այդ ծանր օրերին, ինչպես նաեւ հետագա բոլոր տարիների ընթացքում Արցախի կողքին էին Մայր Հայաստանը եւ Սփյուռքը: Աշխարհասփյուռ հայության գործուն աջակցությամբ եւ ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ մենք կարողացանք պատվով հաղթահարել բոլոր փորձություններն ու դժվարությունները, հաղթանակ տարանք մեզ պարտադրված պատերազմում եւ սկսեցինք շենացնել ու զորացնել բոլորիս համար թանկ ու նվիրական Արցախը, մեր Հայրենիքը:

Մեր կողքին էին նաեւ բարի ու ազնիվ շատ մարդիկ աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերից, ում համար մարդասիրությունն ու ժողովրդավարական արժեքների պաշտպանությունը վեր է ամեն ինչից: Արցախի ժողովուրդը խորապես երախտապարտ է իր բոլոր բարեկամներին եւ բարձր է գնահատում նրանց ավանդը մեր անկախ պետականության կայացման ու զարգացման գործում:

Թանկագի՛ն հայրենակիցներ,

Այս տոնական օրը մենք հատուկ երախտագիտությամբ հիշում ենք մեր բոլոր նահատակներին, հայ ժողովրդի քաջ զավակներին, նրանց, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի գնով ճանապարհ հարթեցին մեր հայրենիքի պայծառ ու լուսավոր ապագայի համար: Մենք պարտավոր ենք միշտ վառ պահել մեր նվիրյալների հիշատակը, եւ դրա լավագույն ուղին ազատ ու անկախ Արցախի շարունակական զարգացումն ու զորացումն է:

Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ հիշարժան տոնի առթիվ եւ մաղթում քաջառողջություն, հաջողություններ ու ամենայն բարիք, մեր ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն ու  բարեկեցություն»:
