ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունն աղետների դեմ պայքարի խնդիրները լուծելիս այսուհետ լայնորեն ներգարվելու է նաև բնակչությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը:

«Մեր բնակիչների մեծ մասի մոտ գիտելիքի պակաս կա, բայց միայն իրազեկվածությունը հարցի լուծում չէ: Պաշտպանվածությունը պետք է դառնա մշակույթ, հմտություն, կարողություն, քանի որ միայն այն դեպքում, երբ մարդն իր իմացածը կիրառում է կյանքում, նվազում է ռիսկը: Մենք այս տարվանից սկսելու ենք նաև բնակչությանը ներգրավել մեր բոլոր խնդիրներում: Կազմակերպելու ենք ուսումնավարժանքներ: Ուսումնասիրել ենք Ճապոնիայի, Չիլիի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի փորձը, վերցրել ենք լավագույնը ու այս տարի համապետական խոշոր հանրային արշավներ ենք իրականացնելու` ընդգրկելով բնակչ ության բոլոր խավերին` ՀՀ նախագահականից մինչև հեռավոր շրջանի մանկապարտեզի սան»,-ասաց Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը:

Բանախոսի տեղեկացմամբ` դեկտեմբերին` Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի օրերին, խաղարկվելու է երկրաշարժի սցենարով ուսումնավարժություն, ինչը դառնալու է մշտական: « Ընդգրկվելու են բոլոր մարզերը և Երևանը: Աշխատելու ենք որքան հնարավոր է մեծ ընդգրկում ապահովել: Հաջողության գրավականը մշտական ուսումնավարժանքներն են»,- նշեց Գրիգորյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ուսումնավարժության արդյունքում բոլոր գերատեսչությունները կիրառական մակարդակում իմանալու են` ինչ պետք է անեն երկրաշարժի ժամանակ. ինչպես են հավաքվելու, ինչ են ասելու, ինչ են քննարկելու: «Յուրաքանչյուր նախարար` իր նախարարությունով պետք է իմանա` ինչ պետք է անի: Բացի այդ, յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է իմանա պաշտպանվելու մեթոդները»,- հավելեց Գրիգորյանը:

Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը տեղին համարեց հիշեցնել ասույթը` «որքան քրտինք ուսումնավարժության ընթացքում, այնքան քիչ արյուն պատերազմի ժամանակ»:
